Perfect location, amazing facility, and very lovely staff. We enjoyed our stay very very much.

The location, cleanliness and design of the rooms. The balcony and the river view and the mountains around us. The receptionist was very friendly, helpful and recommended great places to us. The chef was lovely and came to us during breakfast to make sure everything was right and made more.

Overall customer experience is not in line with the hotels classification in the luxury segment.

The house is still extremely nice decorated , very gemütlich atmosphere. We were here more times and always enjoyed it very much.

The new dining concept - it used to be a fine dining place, now it is a fast food place, where you eat in the lobby. Breakfast was really poor, with the new concept of the hotel really disappointing, far away from the level you would expect for a luxury hotel . Every single egg you have to pay additionally, have never seen something like that.

Contemporary but with traditional feel. Huge comfy bed. Great location close to ski lift. Extremely friendly, helpful staff. Delicious fondue in restaurant. Complete peace and quiet. Fun buggy ride to ski lift.

We didn’t have much of a view from room 37 on the lower ground floor but other rooms must have had wonderful mountain views.
