Había cucarachas en el baño, la infraestructura dañada, cortinas con huecos que entraba el sol, la comida sin sabor, ni siquiera me dieron el clave WiFi, no me dieron la tarjeta de las toallas de la piscina, me da vergüenza como Panameña que extranjeros nos visiten y se encuentren con el mal estado del hotel, se supone que esta remodelado, solo vi que pusieron toboganes, lo demás igual de deteriorado. Conocí a dos familias extranjeras y en serio que estaban decepcionados al igual que mi familia, pague 1,055.00 por dos noches, dos adultos y una menor, y me siento estafada. Mi hija me dijo, más nunca me traigas aquí. nuestra estadía fue en la habitación 1914.

Food was very good, the staff was excellent, especially entertainment at pool. Room was superb view. Beach was excellent.

I would like a better deal for seniors.

Nice location with extensive swimming pool area and endless white sand beach. The rooms, food and quality of drinks are good value for small money, but just average.

Mirrors in the bathroom were rusty! Bathroom curtains were not long enough!!Face towels were available! Sheets did not seem to be changed!Outlet switch in bathroom inoperative! More entertainment was needed!

What I like the most at Bijao is the incredible services and their staff. I loved the manager and all the friendly bartenders. The two restaurant's food were delicious.

First of all, the place is undergoing many renovations, and the noise from the construction is outrageous. The food from the buffet is always the same thing every day. There are few choices. The AC could be more robust; everyone often complains about not being able to sleep the night before. There is a strong odor of decomposition everywhere in the hotel, especially by the pool and the left side of the hotel. There are no night activities. It is pretty much like having dinner and then going to sleep because they do not open the lounge if you are not there for the weekend.

Location was great.

Room was old and unkempt. Shower was broken. Food selection was poor.
