This is a lovely cosy hotel, the staff are fantastic, I'm not sure if it is family run, or the manager just picks great staff, everyone is friendly, helpful and just a joy to meet. Bar staff are wonderful. The location of the hotel is wonderful if you want to ski, and is a short walk from the rest of pinzolo when you want to go for a stroll in the evening. Breakfast is simple but adaquate, with great coffee, again wonderful staff to give you your coffee.

The room was a little small, but that was fine for us as we were only two nights there, for a longer stay it may be a little cramped, but it was adaquate. They should though provide two extra pillows instead of just one, we both wanted the extra pillow.

The hotel staff (family) were extremely accommodating! The bar had a great local drink with nice outdoor seating. The breakfast was very nice a good variety of local food items.

The rooms/bathrooms were smaller than anticipated. The temperature was very warm when we were there and the rooms didn't have A/C or fans. This is probably an uncommon occurrence given the location (usually much cooler), but a cheap desktop fan would probably help a lot.

The building of the hotel was not made for an hotel, and you can feel it. The staff does his best, but the rooms ares so small and in general the hotel is not confortable. The dinner is good, but i found the atmosphere a little decadent ... with Frank Sinatra in the air. If you like it ...

They charged us for my a 4 years old son sleeping with us in the same bed. First time that i experience this ... i felt like they were just after our money ... i will go somewhere else next time.

Good location, just across the road from the gondola. Decent cold breakfast, a good choice for lovely cakes and not much else

Dinner very much hit and miss - on some days really nice traditional Italian food, on some days just something very random - barely eatable.
