Breakfast is very poor no variety but Amira who works in restaurant is very kind and helpful other employees not helpful and tough specially in reception.

The service, it was bad, we ask three times for a hair drier and for the end of the day we received it bat it was damaged. The receptionist its terrible. French people are no welcome people.

It was clean. Location was good and close to train station with less than 10minutes ride to Eiffel Tower station. Breakfast was negative point. You couldn’t get anything after 8:30am. No cups, plates, juice, milk,…very busy and disorganized during breakfast time. Breakfast area was small and we couldn’t get any table to seat in breakfast area. The coffee machine didn’t work in our room. But room was spacious and clean. The hotel is located in nice and safe area. The staff were very nice and helpful. The guy in evening/night shift was very nice. He booked a taxi for our return which was general strike day and also he gave us lots of information about trains, metro and attractions.

Staff was amazing - very helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable!

I was told I did not have breakfast included with my room but when I showed the attendant my reservation they said I did in fact have breakfast included. When I checked out they said I owed 114 additional Euro, I asked if that was for breakfast and they said no. I paid it. Now that I review my receipt, THEY CHARGED ME FOR BREAKFAST. My bed was broken. Every time I left the bed it would rise up into a position to replace the sheets.

the hotel was unsafe, unclean & the staff cannot he trusted. the bathtub fell off and was going to cause injury to my child. I informed the manager and she told me that she is going to give me another room and refund the first day. the new room was small, dusty and not meant for a family. the refund did not happen. messaged several times both hotel and booking.com. am surprised that even booking.com is non responsive and has completely given up. I will never book through booking.com and will prefer Airbnb instead because of such incidents and poor quality of listings. I will inform all my friends and family about this experience.

the rooms were very big and clean

the room plan was exceptional. Good coffee every morning, my friends told me the breakfast was very good too but i found it a little expensive

Its in good location. Staff members were cordial and gave you directions to places etc. Things in the store are a bit pricey, but its open 24x7.

Don't expect it to be regular Novotel Hotel. They don't have a restaurant in the hotel, but there are plenty of them available around.

Location to the Office I visited was across the street.

No wash clothes for the shower and sink (small cloth for washing face).

Just the location as it was very close to metro station..

Parking facilities were disorganized. On first day we had to wait for breakfast as the space is small and there were lot of people. Room interior was poorly designed although room size was good but it was not well organized. There were not glasses kept for drinking water. We requested for additional cloth hangers but those were not arranged even after they said “yes, we will bring in 20 mins” Parking arrangements was mess on one day. Breakfast was not upto the mark. It’s not value for money hotel. We were completely disappointed considering its price.
