Size of rooms, beds were comfy

The curtains in the apartment need to be upgraded. The bright lights from outside lit the bedrooms up like a Christmas tree very hard to sleep.They need a piece of wood run across the top and front side to stop the light like other facilities provide and the seriously need to look at how the noise level from level 1, echoes into your room, we could hardly hear the tv one night because of the noise.

the only thing was the mattresses were really uncomfortable- my husband and I struggled and it impacted our backs we landed up having to purchase a blow up mattress to sleep on

A lovely large room. Good location.

Room was tired. Aircon wasn’t able to heat the room. Rude note in the kitchen to the guests. Kettle was very dirty.

Our room was number 22 and it was on the ground floor next to the office. I think it was possibly a store room in its previous life, it was large but had no view the bathroom was painted concrete masonry with the cheapest modular vanity and a very cheap shower screen, I know, I am a builder. I think the worst feature was the bed, it must have been a "hand me down" from the rooms upstairs.

The most important features in guest accommodation is the bathroom and the bed. In room 22 they are a disgrace. When I asked if I could have an upgrade the young man at reception said they didn't have any. They only had a two bedroom apartment which was $200 dearer. He said I should have booked directly with them and I said I didn't know they existed as I have never been to Merimbula before and I told him that is what booking agencies do, they book you into places that you haven't been to before.

could not find any laundry facilities, evidently none available for Room 22, disappointing.

Large spacious studio room, quiet, clean

No room service, given 2 large towels each for 5 nights - that’s 1 towel for 2 days & 1 towel for 3 days. The towels did not dry when hung in the bathroom- the unit smelt of wet towels- quite strong by day 3. Given 1 hand towel and 1 bathmat for 5 nights - both wet by day 2. Poor TV reception, no ABC, no SBS, no Ch10.
