We had the traditional breakfast most days and it was nice. The staff in particular Ayo and Putri where amazing they looked after us, so nice going out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable, can’t thank them enough they were brilliant, so kind and happy

Clean and quiet place. The staff are so accomodating and helpful to us. They are so warm and friendly too.
i personally do not enjoy the smell of moth balls in the room although it goes away after a few hours.

Garden .
Villa is In very poor condition and poses health, hazards. Green and Black mold can see everywhere, and the property is infested with mosquitoes and ants. The property is not safe for kids, especially young age, they have a water ditch 3 ft dip and no safety fence around it. I would recommend checking this villa in person to avoid any disappointment.

They exceeded the expectations from the moment they handed the keys- the way actually took us on a villa tour and walked our bags there! The supervisor is so friendly and accommodating. Our butler, Putri really went above and beyond to help us every single day of our stay. Villa is beautiful but the staff are even more exceptional!

location is far from ubud central. and getting taxi can be difficult at peak hours.
insets are there so some kind of insect repellent should given or fumigation should be done.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Available at all times and helped arrange lots of things for us and gave lovely recommendations. Staff were family friendly and loved showing our son the animals and feeding the fish. Villa was pretty, compfy and clean. Loved the space and beautiful garden.

Great helpful staff. Beautiful room. Very clean and well maintained.
Terrific staff. We had a birthday during our stay and staff unprompted organised a gluten free birthday cake and sang us happy birthday.
Staff also very helpful in organising bookings for restaurants and transport etc.
Location is a bit out of the way. Good local restaurants though and short drive to Ubud.

Very helpful and friendly staff. villas where very private clean and spacious. Food was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.
A little far from the center of Ubud you need a car or scooter to get anywhere.

tucked away in a quite location surrounded by lush topical gardens . private pool make this the perfect place to relax and explore.The staff are wonderful and made our honeymoon stay special.

we loved the staff and they all are really very nice people. and about the property you have your full privacy and a clean pool to yourself. it’s really beautiful the surroundings and nature. and great breakfast too.
Absolutely nothing. everything was in very good place.
May be recommendation will be adding an iron box to the room, other than that all are provided.

beautiful scenery with a great pool and awesome
bedroom. The staff here is amazing and they
will take great care of you.
I wish the bathroom was inside instead of outdoors.

Breakfast was good had many choices. Location is not the best as most of the activity like restaurants etc are a distance away. However with the Gojek app it was easy to get a bike ride (grab)
Dinner had to be ordered 3 hours before, so I ended up each day having to buy dinner and return to the hotel

24h/24h service so when I have to change my towel or need something else , that easy and very quickly with a staff very reactive ! My room was always clean and my room was tidied as soon as I left the villa.

We loved everything ❤: staff were kind to us and very kids friendly; architecture and design of villa are great. Kids were playing with turtles and fish 🐟. The swimming pool was clean and big. We will come back.

Dayu and the team went above and beyond to help arrange the perfect proposal to my new Fiancé! could not recommend Villa Puri Tupai highly enough! The room was immaculate, the food was great and the pool/yard was perfect.

Photos don't do the justice. It's an exceptional villa! Huge private garden. Friendly staff. We enjoyed our time there and can't wait to be back.
Nothing really. Maybe breakfast could have been better. But I would be happy to stay there with now food included. The place is exceptional

The joglo house is in a lush tropical garden, with quality interior design. The staff is very sincere ! one of the best choice for calm in Ubud.
the old toilet of the master room should be changed.
