Great breakfast!

Finding an adequately located room close to the pool and restaurant.

部屋のエアコンは十分冷えています。 食事はいつも美味しかった。韓国のお客様が多いので韓国料理がありましたが、日本人にとってもとても美味しい料理でした。 レジデンスに宿泊したが、レジデンスの下までいつもgrabが送り迎えしてくれるので便利でした。 砂浜がとても綺麗です。子供達はハンモックやボルダリング、いくつかのプールを十分楽しみました。

バスタブから水を流す栓が壊れていました。直していただきましたが、修理は完璧ではなかった。あと、電気もつかないところがいくつかありましたが、つかなくても問題ない場所でしたので、私達のホテル生活には問題はあまりありませんでした。

Nhân viên sửa rèm làm dơ phòng tắm mà chẳng thấy ai dọn phải tự mình dọn. Nhân viên xe điện nhờ chở đi thì cứ thái độ hỏi phòng mấy miết, trong khi vào cổng kiểm tra chưa đủ hay sao mỗi lần gọi xe điện chở là nhân viên cứ thái đôi

お部屋は清潔で、入り口付近に特大キャリーケース2個置ける大きさのウォークインクローゼットがかなり便利でした。 今回はクラブラウンジ利用プランにしましたが、朝食はエッグベネディクトを注文できたり、フォーが食べれたりと充実。カクテルタイムはパンやサラダ、肉類、デザートなどでガッツリ食べたい方は少し物足りないかもしれませんが、個人的には十分だと感じました。 プールも大人が楽しめる深さのものと、子供用の浅いプールもあり家族連れでも楽しめるようになっていました。 途中で現金が足りなくなりホテルで両替しましたが、現地の空港の両替所のレートとほぼ変わらず。成田空港で両替するよりはるかにお得でした。 無料のアクティビティとして朝にヨガやストレッチなどが開催されていて、とても充実した滞在でした。

コインランドリーがなかったこと。 ホテルのクリーニングサービスはお高めなので、手洗いしました。

Well manicured and designed resort, plenty of dining options, Baguette.nExcellent pool areas.

Extremely poor kids activities and catering for kids. No daily variable program, no surprises, a kids club with limited time and zero staff engagement. Supposedly a family resort yet did not cater well for small children at all.

Amazing variety of food, staff were always friendly and accommodating. Pool and beach area amazing.

아침식사는 여전히 맛있고 서비스는 더 좋아졌어요. 그러나 5일 내내 먹기엔 변화가 적어요. 과일은 내내 거의 같고, 빵도 앙금만 바뀔뿐이에요. 아이가 먹을만한 음식이 적어요

햇빛은 너무 강하고 여전히 쉴 수 있는 그늘이 적어요. 음료 및 물을 시원하게 먹고 싶은데 냉장고의 냉기가 너무 약해요. 음식 배달시 가끔 정문까지 내려가야 했어요.

1. Friendly Personnel: The staff at the resort were very friendly and made us feel welcome. 2. Good Vegetarian Menu: The VIVE Ocean restaurant has a good vegetarian menu, which we appreciated. 3. SPA Services: The SPA services were amazing. I had two sessions that were incredibly relaxing.

1. Check-in Process: Upon our arrival, the reception area was crowded with no available seating. We had to wait for a while before being attended to. The check-in process could have been faster for a 5-star hotel. 2. WiFi Connection: The internet connection was unstable, with different areas of the resort having varying reception quality. 3. Service Speed: The service by the pool and in the restaurants was relatively slow. We had to wait for our drinks until the food was ready. 4. Pool Towels: The towels by the pool were not clean, which was disappointing. 5. Beer Selection: The resort has a poor selection of beer. 6. Food Variety: The food was just okay, and we wished for a better variety of pastries. However, the chocolate fountain was great for kids. 7. Late Cancellation Charge: Although the SPA was amazing, I was disappointed that I was charged for a late cancellation despite canceling my third reservation.
