The restaurant is not cheap - but the food is outstanding.

Very friendly english speaking staff. Due to traffic conditions, we arrived very late, out of check-in time, with no problem.

The garden area is nice

we arrived at the hotel 45 minutes early and found it totally unmanned . The suit we booked was in the roof and like other comments on here ,we found the room hot . The hotel does not offer food apart from meal times . The hotel boast a Michelin star restaurant which is very good ,but as you can imagine fully booked most nights. After check in we tried to reserve a table at the restaurant,but where told it was fully booked and would have to eat else where . I feel as tho the hotel should make you aware how busy the restaurant is and give guests a instant option to reserve a table as most will be unaware at how busy it is . after complaining we did get a table .

I liked the pictures on the website so i booked the suite and paid upfront. And we make our way to the hotel. Shame one employee called us to ruin our break.

An employee called us from her private number to tell us not to bother coming in because she will finish shortly and nobody would be attending the reception. We booked last minute and paid in advance to arrive between 21:00 and 22:00. Few minutes after the payment went through she called us asking to cancel the booking. We told her that if we cancel we will lose the 80% but she was unable to cancel from her side and insisted that she was finishing in few minutes, she will be off the next day and she cannot pass the message to the next team? Then told us someone will be in touch this morning 19th July 2022. For the refund. We are still waiting...
