we really like everything. We were on our way to Catania and we decided to stop to rest at any near hotel. Glad we found this beautiful hotel. A very nice lady welcomed us and gave a us a better room than the one we reserved. Room , shower were amazing. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Home made pies , croissants, cold meats, cheeses, dry fruits, yogurts. 10 stars to this amazing little corner

Zero customer service. The guy at the entrsnce seemed more like a cop, I did not feel welcome, he did talk with informal register, and since was no welcoming, it was just rude. The owner was raffish, very rude, it seemed they were paying me for staying and angry for that. The thing that made me hate this place was that I had to give my ID card to her, and she was so slow I could not just stand wait one minutes and have the document back, no: I had to come back 15 minutes later, so the waiter walked me into the apartment in the other building, and I had to walk back to the first building for walking back to the apartment, and in these two journeys was raining, so I had to run and get wet. Not finished, when I walked in the reception, my document was lefr unattended at the desk, so I picked it up (like any other person could), and in order to avoid the owner to call me or knocking at the door, I looked for her to inform her. After I foumd and inform her, she answered "How dare you? Please give me the document". So I gave her my id card, followed her at the desk, she sitted, and gave it back to me. Funny, eh? Other than that, bed was two tiny, discount beds, no comfy at all, and under them there was a hard wooden board. Photos were different. At the same price I warmly suggest to go to Duomo Suite (or even Duomo House), that is way better both in apartment, facilities, privacy (it's an entire apartment and customer service. Antichi Ricordi is worth one quarter of Duomo Suite, but costs the same. Never again.

The room was clean and modern, also the bathroom.

There was no window. The room door was glass, and opened to the outside open-air corridor, which means the guest must keep the curtain closed all the time for privacy.

Only stayed one night, but the staff seemed helpful and friendly. The rooms had an eclectic decor, but were very clean and spacious. Short walk to the city center.

The location suited the needs of our one-night stop-over in Caltanisetta - just a short walk from the town centre, with plenty of reasonably priced places to eat. The interior of the property is a pleasant surprise given the very average appearance of the neighbourhood - modern decor in shared area and in our room. Caltanisetta is clearly a diverse town in terms of its population - surprising given its relatively remote inland situation.

I felt a little on edge when walking around town - particularly in the quieter back streets and the public park close to the hotel. Paranoia perhaps, but I felt it prudent to be more than usually watchful when out and about.
