Very convenient location next to Newcastle central station and the Metro, where trains to the airport leave about every 15 minutes. The hotel building and rooms have a modern, but warm and welcoming style. My room was very nice, and it had air condition. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice too, and very clean. The staff were lovely and helpful. Unfortunately I couldn't try breakfast because I had to leave for my flight and I stayed in Newcastle for only 1 night, but I would like to try it next time :)

Great location, facilities fine, easy access, easy checkin/out. Didn’t eat there so can’t comment other than breakfast seemed expensive, hence not eating there
Pillow not comfortable but didn’t see the spare ones on shelf until morning, maybe put 4 on bed? as stayed as couple. Bathroom could have been cleaner but was ok.

Couldn't lower the temperature on the thermostat from 18 degrees.

I was in room 201, in Newcastle. Only down side was the constant extractor fan in the bathroom which droned on all night.

Només et donen un tipus de sabó per la dutxa, res més. No hi ha servei d'habitació cada dia que passes allà. En 3 diea no va passar ningú per l'habitació.

Thought I had already paid for breakfast but staff confirmed I hadn’t and needed to pay extra if needed.
Original room unavailable for check-in and promised time 3pm. Swapped twin room out for family room, but bunk beds were too small.

Bed so comfortable we'll designed bedroom large window air-conditioning and a fabulous breakfast with succulent sausage bacon ect well worth the money

Excellent location,lovely staff,and I received two complimentary breakfasts; due to being a regular customer. This was greatly appreciated and very hospitable.

Staff was really friendly
Room was ok. Not good without a window, room was quite dusty. Bedding wasn’t changed, fresh towels one day but that was it.

I’ve stayed here five times and it never lets me down. It is right next to the train station, which is very convenient. Nearly everything is walking distance from this hotel and there are lots of bus stops nearby. The room is always impeccable and the staff are super helpful. They also offer to keep your bag once you check-out so that you can enjoy the city on your last day and then collect it for free.
Some things need fixing/updating (e.g., this year the pop up sink stopper in my room got stuck). But these are minor details, as the staff will always fix it as soon as they can.

Always stay here if we need to stay over in Newcastle for a gig etc. Pretty basic rooms but usually great value for money and super close to the train station and city centre action. Manages to remain quiet too.

very affordable and good location, mostly clean
floor hadn’t been cleaned it was a little grimy, loud people in other rooms, pillows were paper thin, air conditioning unit was extremely loud so had to be turned off

Excellent hotel with great staff and friendly manner. Rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. Enjoyed a very nice breakfast. Would recommend this hotel

Some not great people stayed causing problems but this wasn't the hotels fault.

only issue we had was the bathroom. shower was more of a wet room style and after shower had been used the drain stunk!

Quiet room, good breakfast, drinks and dinner.
Location excellent for central Manchester, trains and metro.
Air conditioning did not have cool air, windows do not open and room very hot.

The decor of the hotel was cool and modern. The bed was very comfy. The location was pretty good; not too far of a walk from the centre of the city.
The walls are a bit thin so we could hear people in the corridor, in other rooms and also hear street noise from outside. This disturbed our sleep slightly but not too much. Maybe bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper!

Lovely hotel Lovely rooms. Lovely staff. Brilliant location.
Very noisy had to request a change of room which was facilitated no problem. If you like sleep request a top floor at the back of the building but don't go to bed before 2 unless you like the thump of music from the nightclub below.

I knew where the hotel was from a previous visit. It's very easy to find on a walk from the train station. I arrived very early and was allowed to leave my luggage and use the lounge if required. The staff were very helpful and the actually check-in was easy.
There is nothing that I didn't like.
