The receptionist are friendly and helpful when we get a room with some smelly from the bathroom and one of the bulb is not working, he let us change to other room. The location is really near XiMenDing just a minute distance and lots of good food around the hotel.

Quite noisy during night may be lots of night activities near hotel too and some customers also are not slowing their voice during the night when they come back to room.

i like the attitude of the receptionists. they are very friendly and accommodating. and what I like more is that this hotel is very near to ximen walking district.

what I don’t like is the attitude of the housekeeping. they are grumpy, snobbish and not approachable. Also, we don’t have wifi in our room. they said that not all rooms have wifi. non sense? The comforter sheets has dark spots. And the whole building of the hotel smells like smoke of the cigarettes everywhere from the lobby going up to our floor.

Great location. Very central, walking distance to the main Ximenting Shopping Square / Walking Street, and just 1.5km from Taipei Main Station. U won't need to take taxis to get to everything downtown Taipei has to offer, I.e. food, shopping, etc. convenience stores next door.

Hard to locate, small signage, shoplot type entrance. Room has no windows, smells old. Shower didn't have constant hot water, it was off and on. Walls are very thin, u can hear everything happening very clearly in the next room, if u know what I mean. Overall a very claustrophobic experience.

there is a free wife without internet and the signal of Data on my phone inside of the room was very weak…
