Accommodation was great, but the service at The Back Room bar service was exceptional. The 4 nights I was there, they brilliant. Ajeng , indri , layza, and bobby were there to accommodate my friends, and I. I recommend people to visit The Back Room. The ambience is fantastic, and it is mostly created by the staff. I have only mentioned a few staff members, but all the young gentlemen who were serving were fantastic. It is a great place to relax.

Exceptional breakfast, good spa facility, strategic location just across big shopping mall, nice room service. Bed is very comfort.
Bed type given was QUEEN Bed, while my order was for DELUXE KING ROOM.
Last week I also stayed in this hotel for the Deluxe King Room, and got the king bed room with kitchen and dining table. But this time was not - the bed was queen and no kitchen / dining table.
it's better if the facility is consistent within the same type of room offered.

The staffs are amazing, very helpful and friendly. The location is the best, short walking distance to Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia. The hotel covers massive area of land, but the room (at least one I booked in) is small.
And there are signs of needing refurbishing here and there, although cleanliness level is high, the gym equipment is pretty old, but functions well.

Security is good. All staff are attentive and helpful. I had a smooth check in. Easy access to Plaza Indonesia just across the hotel. Exit turn right is walking distance to Sarinah area. We had breakfast & dinner at the hotel.
It would be better if they can provide new big umbrella during rainy seasons.

The hotel was clean and overall pretty good. But the staff were the best part of the hotel in my opinion.
They were all very kind and eager to help so it made my stay a little better.
Breakfast was good and had a lot of options. Dinner buffet was also good and appreciated all the variety of food choices.
Room was pretty small and you can feel its a little old but it was clean and well taken care of so I dont have any big complaints!
We rented out some of the meeting rooms. While they were clean and well structured, equipment seemed a little lacking.
We were given 3 microphones but all of them ran out of battery in the middle of our presentation so it felt as if they needed to check the equipment a little better before renting out the space.
Still the staff tried their best to change the old batteries and help us so that was nice.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Spa is very nice and not overpriced. Restaurant is amazing with different stands and various type of dishes from local to international foods.
