Very clean, quiet, large room, and bathroom, and convenient sunny table and chairs outside room.

We've stayed here before and loved it so stayed again. A last minute booking for us and this place is always clean, tidy, modern and has everything you need for a great stay. Beds are comfy. The new managers are lovely! Location is on the main road out of town but still quiet. Possible to walk into the main town. A 24/7 day and night store is only a few minutes walk away for those late night sugar cravings.

I arrived at reception and was greeted with a friendly smile. The room was perfect for myself partner and 2 teenage children with very comfortable beds will definitely return.

We liked the room and kitchen. The jacuzzi was fun. Hospitality was good. The accommodation was clean.
The master bedroom's mattress was bit soft but otherwise room was nice, tidy and spacious. The beds provided in the lounge area were very comfortable.

Beautiful rooms, the spa bath just amazing! Close to town. We absolutely loved our stay here. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Whakatane.

Will recommend to whanau and friends. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Comfortable clean awesome service and greetings from Anne who greeted us in Maori 👍and husband ( sorry can't think of husband name at this moment ). Thank you both and staff very much for your warm welcoming hospitality, definitely staying here again 😊
