The location was great, seeing it was situated on a very busy intersection it was amazingly quiet!
We were not aware that our room was on the 2nd level! Disappointed that after an early start to travel, numerous medical appointments & shopping we were exhausted! Then had to carry luggage etc up 2 flights of stairs. We felt all of our 65 years once we were settled & the kettle was on!

Staff were very friendly and helpful and I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who is needing a lovely and comfortable place to stay
I loved everything, there wasn't much about the place I didn't like other than my brother saying next time he wants to try the rooms out with the carports in front of them.
Other than that we loved our stay.

The location was great walking distance to everywhere. So didn't need to worry about parking . The rooms very comfortable and clean. Ticked all the boxes in my book.

The managers here are extremely accommodating and go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Maybe the outside grounds and steps could have done with a bit of a sweep.

The staff response to maintenance issues was prompt and thorough. I reported an issue and the faulty item was replaced immediately. Very pleasing result

High quality motel. Clean, quiet modern. Excellent room service and beverage selection at reasonable cost. Self contained kitchen excellent for families. Great location close to major shopping centre and amenities. Parking was great.

The people above us were very noisy at times. Small children I’m guessing. Not bad enough to stop us returning

Coffees in morning
Kept overlooking us because unit around corner. Had to chase them up each day for fresh towels,(even though left outside as requested). No new breakfast menus left to fill. chase up. Air conditioner not working. Toilet cystern broken.

Breakfast was fantastic. We had the eggs Benedict and pancakes. It arrived on time and servings were huge.

Shower Was good
1. No allocated parking on the lower side. It was a free-all. You would find a park near your door but if you went out, it would be taken and you'd have find another, usually a long way from your room.
2. Pay TV was very cumbersome to get onto even if you had an account.
