very clean and modern. the room was spacious and well thought out.

The pillows - too thin. I will bring my own next time.

in the villa the beds were very spacious and comfortable.

Walked in to a cool room with nice AC. Clean beds and bathroom. Was a quiet place.

Upon arrival the staff guessed our names. I was told that our names were Karen and Vivian and that our room had already been payed for. At this point we were panicking thinking someone was in our room and that we wouldn't have anywhere to sleep for the night. When I told her our names she said we'd already checked in. She then went and knocked on the door of the room we were supposedly checked in to, a man answered and didn't seem to speak a word or English (not quite sure how he claimed to be me). In the morning we asked to leave our bags because we had a late bus. Later on we were told that the manager was angry because we left our bags for to long. So we decided to leave and were denied the basic human right to use the toilet. So we had to find a public toilet. (Moral of the story, Bundaberg is not the place to be) BTW no transport on Sundays and 10mins by cab cost 50 dollars.

No sink in kitchenette so had to wash up in bathroom which wasn't appropriate. Security on windows was insufficient.

Owners smoked outside my room, very very dusty, I actually had to sleep in a mask, very very dated, if I hadn't been working and got back after 7 pm, I would have moved
