we were a group travelling by bike and we were caught in a heavy rain on the road. we had a confirmation of booking but nevertheless we called the hotel to say that we would arrive late. so far all ok when we arrived at the hotel finally at 9 pm, all wet through, they told us that there was no room for us and there was a misunderstanding. Neither did they apologise nor did they call any other hotel to get a room for us. We were just “left in the rain” and felt really mistreated

Good location if you want to spend some time in a quite place (the city is not big or populated). 15 min from a public=free, but well mantained beach, which you reach by going through a natural parc, quite interesting to see as a bonus, but it is better t o have a car. Considering the price, the breakfast is good. It in not as in bigger hotels, a somewhat more limited choice, or more italian "style"= not too heavy, but there is a bit of choice for different diets, incl. home-baked croissants. A nice and not overpriced restaurant right in the hotel, incl. dishes and pizza.

minor things that could be improved: I think th hotel could save on water if they update the tolets (the flush is somewhat not too intense), and some cosmetic issues in the shower (otherwise it is clean and fully functional)

The location is ideal and quiet and everything was exactly as stated in the description.

My goodness but there are mosquitoes like I could not believe and got 18 bites just running up the 2 flights of stairs....so go prepared with Stop Bite or similar....but guess shout have guessed knowing that it is a Delta of a River and lots of "marsh" style areas...

Wi fi connection so complicated with requirement to agree several pages of 'conditions' that we gave it up.

It’s run by the sweetest family, and the whole team is great. the rooms are of a good size, very clean. the food in the on site restaurant is amazing. great location for exploring the wonderful Delta.

We chose this hotel for 1 night only on our journey in Italy and we were very satisfied. We had 2 rooms - one in dependance and one on the second floor in hotel. Rooms were really spacious, clean and air-condition functioned well. We traveled with dog, which was welcome here. In the evening we took a walk along the banks of the near river canal admiring the beautiful sunset. There is possibility to make a boat trip and enjoy Natural Park of river Po. Breakfast was served according to covid rules and was in Italian style. We recommend this place as great value for the money spent.

Nice, quiet place, in the center of the Po Delta, from where it is easy to access most of the locations of interest. The hotel is quiet, personnel are professional, food is good and somehow interesting. No problem for parking. WI-Fi OK.

Good breakfast & very nice restaurant. Good parking.

Our room was very noisy, we heared the music from the restaurant until after midnight and therefore we didn't sleep very well. The shower head was broken.
