Très bon accueil et bon emplacement pour ce Riad haut en couleurs. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, la chambre confortable et tout particulièrement le petit déjeuner généreux et appétissant !

¡Desayuno perfecto! Precioso edificio. Buena Ubicación, Habitación adecuada sin ser lujosa. Pero lo que marca la diferencia es el trato del personal del Riad; la atención al cliente es si duda excepcional. Están para lo que necesites, y te dan consejo leal, desinteresado, puedes confiar en ellos. ¡Eso no tiene precio!

Fue todo sobre ruedas, nada negativo. Pero si llegas de noche, es imprescindible contratar el transfer que ofrece el Riad desde el aeropuerto. Llegar por tu cuenta de noche a la medina de Marrakech y encontrar cualquier dirección sin datos en el móvil ni GPS es directamente imposible. Sin embargo, cuando vuelvas al aeropuerto, mejor si coges directamente el taxi de la parada de taxis próxima al Riad, que ya estarás familiarizado con el entorno y te resultará muy sencillo y más barato.

The service was very impressive. They were always ready to help whenever guests needed. We booked a tour online and were instructed by the operator to a meet up place that was far from our hotel though the hotel pick up service was included. The staff called the operator for us and asked them to pick us up at a nearby accessible point. On the departure day , the staff walked with us to the pick up point and got us to the tour company’s car..

Nous avons adoré l'accueil plus que parfait, le personnel, notre suite (Shérazade), le thé excellent, la piscine chauffée et sans parler du petit déjeuner 🤤. Nous avons adoré notre nuit, ce côté de la médina plus calme et à quelques pas du Palais de la Bahia ! Nous recommandons à 100% !

Very pretty small hotel. My partner and I stayed just one night, but the reception was very good. Hotel accommodated our request for an earlier breakfast, as we needed to go to the airport and also booked a transfer for us. It is not a luxury hotel, but definitely has everything you need.

we had 3 bottles of some products in the bathroom, but it wasn't mentioned which one is shower gel and which is the shampoo. Maybe you can mark them somehow, but it is a very minor concern.

Fantastic staff, very friendly and informative. The breakfast was good, and the location was quiet but a stone's throw away from the action of the medina. The property itself was extraordinary, beautiful architecture, rooms, pool and roof terrace.

I would have preferred to fill in fewer forms at check-in, but that's probably because I was filling in one form for each of the adults in our party.

During check in I was provided with a map and an overview of the main attractions in the area. The staff were lovely, I had to check out very early and they arranged an early breakfast for me which was much appreciated. The Riad is well located inside the old Medina but still fairly easy to find. Walking distance to the square and markets. I enjoyed the hammam and massage and the rooftop area in the evening.

This was not a problem but just for information - you cannot take a taxi directly to this Riad. There is a parking lot/taxi drop off area nearby and then you have to walk the rest of the way through the Medina. Be aware of locals in the area who may insist on carrying your bags or leading you to the Riad as they will expect a tip in return.

Everything was excellent. Youssef was so lovely and friendly so was Mohamed, he has gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and made our stay at the riad memorable. Thank you so much!

Youseff is very sweet and helpful. The dinner here is Phenomenal!!! highly recommended. the place is just beautiful. It’s quiet but near lovely shopping.

beds were a bit hard

Perfect retreat right in the middle of the busy Medina! The staff was super welcoming from the moment we walked the door. The entire place is beautifully decorated and there's an amazing smell that fills the place at all times. The breakfast was also one of the highlights and the menu changes slightly every day (the tajine with eggs for breakfast was a nice and tasty surprise). We booked the package with the Hammam (very nice experience and easy to find a slot for us) and transfer which made the trip to the airport very smooth and stress free. We'd definitely recommend this place and think about visiting again in a next visit

We also enjoyed the sun terrace and jacuzzi (maybe the only negative point is that the jacuzzi is a bit old so not all water jets are working, which was not an issue for us as a couple)

The best thing was the staff. A special thanks to Youseff and Mohammad. Abdul was also good. Kitchen staff, everyone was very welcoming and were there to answer your questions and assist. We also enjoyed the location ( less than 10 minute walk to the souks ), the breakfast was huge! Abdul our driver was excellent!

Beautiful historical Riad just a 5-7 minute walk to town square area and great restaurants. staff were so gracious, chilled my bottle of wine and breakfast food was fabulous.

If you have a big bag I’d recommend the luggage cart versus pulling bag on its wheels through cobblestones, lost a wheel on way out and made the rest of our trip significantly more challenging.

The riad is a calm little sanctuary from the noise and bustle of Marrakesh. The staff were all fantastic - friendly, attentive and helpful. When we first arrived Mohammed talked us through a map, giving tips ok where to go and how to get there as well as how to deal with bartering in the souks. The location is great as its an easy 10 min walk to the Medina and a stones throw from the Palace. It also felt like a safe area - we were a group of 3 women and never felt unsafe walking to and from the riad (or anywhere in Marrakesh). The room was comfortable, spacious and has air conditioning. There is also a rooftop terrace which is lovely for a bit of sun bathing. We had dinner in the riad and would recommend it as the food was lovely. Breakfast was included and was a great start to the day, plenty of choice and all delicious.

The riad may be hard to find when you first arrive, unless you have a taxi driver who walks you to the door, so make sure you check a map. Aside from that there's really nothing I didn't like!

Delicious - we had an early start for the airport but nothing was too much trouble for Yousuf to rustle up!

exceptional service and spacious accommodation

Lovely romantic presentation in the room when we arrived including rose petals on the bed. Roof top area included a hot tub and lounge area, though feels a little smaller with the cover on the roof over the garden/patio below.

Very much in the old-feel style riad, and was a long walk to the main square down a long dark, and somewhat grubby street/ alley way. General Note: the number, noise and pollution from mopeds in Marrakesh's Medina is now terrible, making it extremely unpleasant at times.

We liked everything about this place. Yussef was very attentive and helpful. The riad was beautiful, very centrally located and the food was fantastic. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a true taste Morrocan culture.
