Breakfast was great aside from the coffee. The restaurant for dinner was lovely.

Could have had better spa and/or laundry facilities. Room service without a 8 Euro charge.

The sauna/ spa. Got there and told sauna etc pretty much booked for the 3 days!

Location is one of the best in the village, staff was friendly and helpful, large heated ski lockers

The room size of the "three bedroom suite" was too small, I highly doubt it is 50sqm as advertised, would not recommend to book it for four people. Poor lighting in the room and subpar WiFi There's no mountain view. Private entrance? Desk? I do not mind but why put it in the description? Breakfast is minimal, not what you would expect from a 4-star Italian hotel

The breakfast is a huge let down, completely sub standard, poor choice and quality. You have the most amazing team and location but you really need to do better with this.
