It is quite charming hotel even though located a bit away from the city center. The host was very friendly. Breakfast was great. Car parking spot was available on site. Overall, we had a good experience.

The hotel was very close to the city center and walking distance to everywhere(attractions,restaurants, shops, harbour). The hotel owner was friendly. We were able to make an early check-in by communicating in advance. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a wide variety of minibar items and they were very affordable. Breakfast was above our expectations. We liked the hotel very much, I recommend it to everyone.

Close to city center, great service,clean room, nice atmosphere

We arrived late in the evening, due to several severe traffic jams on motorways in the Hamburg- Bremen-Lübeck region. The manager was kind enough to get up for us and assist us. The rooms were quite nice and the breakfast was excellent;

Nothing. Of course COVID 19 makes live difficult for the management. We could see that no effort was spared to stick to the anti-corona rules.

Rooms and linens were clean and fresh. Hotel is beautifully decorated starting from the front door all the way to little items placed into corridors and rooms. For comfort and convenience, there was a coffee machine and tea in the room, a great selection of drinks in the minibar, and all necessary toiletries beautifully laid out. Breakfast was an amazing buffet of well selected seasonal treats. Gluten free request was met with GF toast and freshly baked buns. Amazing! If you love reading books, book an extra day in this hotel - and maybe also pack along an extra book you just finished and wood like to share with someone. Location is great. All UNESCO World Heritage sites of old center of Wismar are within a 10 min walk.
