The location, 2 steps from the beach. The balcony is great! Kitchen is good.

The bathroom and toilets are old and not maintained, not clean. The water stream is super weak. For this charge, I would expect the shower to be much much better than that. Location is amazing but need to consider there is a loud party noise from the beach hotel at the front until 00:30~. Should mention it in the details before booking. Check out hour is super early. 10:00. House needs a Dyson / any other vacuum cleaner. Lots of sand (from before we arrived, and even from us) and no way to clean that beside a small and not helpful broom. Been to a lot of places. The location and design is perfect but to charge so much and get all of these flaws - not nice.

Very noisy because of the hotel next door, live bands that didn’t stop till 2am. Fine if your out till that hour anyhow.

The instructions were clear and easy. Everything. Was simple.

Not long enough stay... but that's our fault 😄 The pub across road music would play past midnight. The water pressure of the shower was weak.

Best location in Byron! loved sitting on that wonderful balcony with a cocktail while listening to live music at the Beach Hotel, checking the surf and watching the colourful characters do their thing!!

Can’t fault it for the location or view! Very comfortable and was just so convenient. The parking was a bonus.

A little loud, but we expected that when you’re in the heart of Byron and beachfront!

great location, so close to everything and you don’t need to worry about paying for parking as you have your own spot at the back of the apartment. all the amenities you might need.

we didn’t mind the noise from the Beach Hotel and it didn’t disturb us as it ends at a reasonable hour. however if you are worried about noise or have kids it might not be the best spot for you.

loved the location, cleanliness and vibe. the apartments were perfectly located near town and across the beach!

some of the amenities and appliances could use some updating. the balcony door lock needed fixing, as did the dishwasher, wifi, deck stools and a few of the home nick-nacks including the bathroom and plant decors.

The location - central to the Byron Bay action. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean and well laid out, especially the balcony looking out to the water.

Can be noisy on Fri and Sat nights from the music and crowd at the hotel across the road which may deter some people (e.g. with kids) but my friend and I had no issues sleeping.

Like the location and view of water

homeless people sleeping under back steps, scaring my children. People using bottom of steps entrance to facility to use as a toilet over night, even had to remove human faeces so children would go down stairs. Homeless also putting their blankets behind aircon which also had to remove as major fire hazard to property

Beautiful veranda with panoramic view of Byron’s main beach. Whales put on a show! Closer to hand an excellent vantage point for people watching also. No need to move the car - walking distance to the pubs, eateries and shops.

Even with all windows and shutters closed pub noise quite loud until 1am closing time.

Great view and location. Very nice apartment

Location was amazing except at night when the hotel across from the apartment stays open till 1am every night . Music, people leaving the venue and bottle shop (which is open till 1am) was extremely loud and disturbed us every night.

10/10 location to beach and great food! The view... perfect!

Property is older, could do with a bit of a touch up

Perfect location. Everything very close walking distance, beach, restaurants & pub with live music every night. The view from the balcony was amazing. Can't really understand why people complain about the noise. This is Byron Bay, you have to expect to hear live street music and gigs from the pubs. If you're after a quiet holiday you really should reconsider your holiday location.

The lounge suite has seen better days. It's really time it was replaced. Lighting in the bathroom is a little dim. Good for couples but maybe a little small for families.
