The location wasn't too far from the places we wanted to visit the bus stop was a little walk from the hotel which was perfect.

We were unable to make use of the swimming pool as it was mixed would have preferred if they had a female only slot at one time of the day.

Great location with spacious rooms and good facilities, including a good range of refreshments and satellite TV channels available in the room. The hotel is within walking distance to a number of restaurants, shops, bars and a cinema and only a short walk to the tube line which takes 20mins into central London.

The room was very hot and the temperature control didn't seem to make a difference, made for a restless nights sleep. We stayed over a weekend and the hotel was very busy, so didn't get the opportunity to visit the pool and breakfast was not as expected, but this may have been due to the time we went as it was very busy with people hustling and bustling around. Car parking expensive, but all car parks are around this hotel. We stayed for two nights and ended up moving the car after the first night a little further out for a fraction of the cost.

The location is excellent - we went to a concert at the excel and this turned out to be right opposite the venue so was super convenient. You're also so close to all the amenities that this area has to offer. The staff were also really nice - our checkin experience was really really good and the assistant was very informative. The room was very nice with a really good bathroom, and the breakfast the next day was also amazing. Really big selection of food and the restaurant was spacious and airy. The bar was nice for relaxing in at the end of the evening and closed quite late.

The only thing i can think of is that the coffee in the room is freeze-dried instant. A nespresso or other coffee machine would have been welcome.

Excellent location to attend a concert at Wembley Arena

Fabulous location for Wembley stadium. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast plentiful. Staff attentive and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

El personal muy atento, una pena que no se pudiese dar el early check in. El desayuno completo y variado, nos decoraron la habitación por nuestro aniversario de boda, fue algo inesperado.

Nos sorprendió que en un hotel Hilton la habitación estaba polvorienta, es lo único que puedo resaltar.

They stocked mini bars with items that has a barcode that if your hand accidentally touched it, it shows up as used. The fridge is fully stocked with no room for an extra can of your own drink. The sky bar is only accessible by reservation. The pool has private swim lessons all day. Housekeeping is the worst.

Pagué £60 por el servicio de cumpleaños, para que guardaran una pequeña decoración en la habitación para mi pareja. No podía creer que pusieron 3 globos. Eso me decepcionó bastante y creo que por £60 podían haber hecho algo mas.

My room was dusty. Towel hud musty smell not what you expect from a Hilton. Bath Towels were rough. Breakfast was overall good but the most important thing for breakfast is Tea and Coffee, Tea tasteless with a strange aftrr taste , Coffee was bitter with aweful taste and not much of a coffee smell.I am lost for words as I expected higher standardsand quality. Petty penny pinching is making this site score low

Attending a concert in the arena next to the hotel so location was unbeatable. Breakfast very good.

Dirty room, something I would never expect to see in Hilton brand. Very poor and unacceptable. Dusty, hair on the floor in the bathroom, dirty teaspoons, even found a black marker pen underneath a bed.

Grotty,overpriced ,outdated, The first room I was in was like a prison cell ,facing a metal wall,dingy, nothing but a metal wall to see! and depressing. Food leftovers left out for hours in corridors, noone collecting it for hours even after staff were made aware...the manager was extremely arrogant, No room fridge! No windows opening in case you want to jump out...the state of that place ,the thought may cross ones mind ... claustrophobic,stuffy rooms ,worn surfaces ,panic inducing lifts that lock and don't move until your card registers on them which seems to take a while! I ended up using the stairs. One or two of the staff were helpful despite this and tried their best ...a couple of the ladies in particular. The spa was filthy and teeming with kids most of the time (not relaxing!). Hair and a corn plaster were there 2 days in a row even after I bought it to their attention. One of the lads in the spa was really helpful though.. This hotel was really expensive and NOT the usual standard of a Hilton hotel. The whole place needs a complete renovation. In the meantime,they shouldn't be charging so much!

Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, staff very friendly & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was lovely, spacious, location perfect for what we required. Very clean & tidy.

We decided after a hectic day we would be best suited to a meal in the Accommodation restaurant. Only us & a couple of other diners, the staff were so lovely but the food was not that great. We would have been better suited to go out, choices were average, I did expect more choice & better quality selection.

Recommended Sky bar for cocktails. Lovely atmosphere and very relaxing but a service charge of 3.50 to walk the drinks from the bar to our seats seems very extreme!
