The reception girl tried to do a frud with us. I told her a night before that i am going to checkout and she checked all money was settled. In morning when i went for final checkout she told we have 8k extra money to pay. Since i had paid everything in advance so i showed her all details and the details of booking i had shared with her while checking where all people named were mentioned beside id she had lost. Since i was carrying extra hard copy of that page from booking.com so she went in and out many times saying i am going to talk to my senior and letet came back saying apolgies for communication and nothing needs to be payed. Seems like fraud to me as people in 5 star property pau the money and if some one doesn’t take care then they end up paying extra for nonuse and she has lost the document and cant retrive data from her portal .. since i had all details so she cant do anything else we had to waste more time arguing and all. There were other guest over other days of my stay who were fighting at reception over money issue

The in room services was not good at all. Didn’t had an iron no hair dryer no laundry bag, the bedsheets and the pillow cover had stains and felt like they were not been removed or changed for weeks. The shower gel was also not refilled. They didn’t even had vallet parking Over all a worst experience with a property of Hilton

Location was good but can improve with breakfast and experienced staff as well.

Staff is not matured. Morning cleaning of the room not done even after being informed to clean(it is standard that next day we get rooms cleaned). Reception staff don’t know the basics of room allotments and water bottle given inside the room.

Nothing really. Over priced and should not be rated a 5 star. Was more 3 star experience.

Staff were so unprofessional. Most staff were not well trained and had no idea. Internet did not work. Room was dirty. Dining service was horrendous. Seemed like the staff didn’t want to be there. Took me 3 goes to get a fried egg. Anyone who came after me got the egg given to them. I had to toast my bread 3 times. We had dinner included in our stay yet the staff was giving us a menus to order from. No idea. Unappologetic.

Property was good. Not that pre requests I have made.

Breakfast is same for all 3 days , slow services, non responsive staff 2 hours no electricity in room we kept waiting outside the room , reception staff did know about our stay confirmation and initially asking to pay double amount adter si much of struggle waiting in resturrant for 6 hours got room which was smelling badlly , Floors were dirty,

Staff was friendly.

Poor hygiene in the bathroom. Rooms are uncomfortable. The hotel smells of something i cant explain, maybe paint.

Only the staff was good

the property is under renovation, and the rooms they are allocating are old, you don’t feel like staying in Hilton Hotel. it feels like normal 3 star hotel. Food in in room dining is average. Toiletries are not given full. For everything you have to call.
