os quartos bons casa banho boa ambiente da sala de jantar agradável comida boa piscina e spa muito agradável

. presença de formigas na bancada do café .pedi para permanecer no quarto mais uma hora depois do check out ter sido realizado , foi aceite mas passados trinta minutos telefonaram a dizer que tinha que sair e no momento a seguir cortaram a luz . (para isso teria sido melhor não terem aceite a minha permanência “ mais uma hora”) estamos a falar do Hilton não de uma pensão….

All surfaces and common areas were extremely clean, the pool was amazing, gym wasn’t too small and had plenty of equipment which is not always the case in many hotels, food was exceptional.

I didn’t like what happened during the night of July 8th. So I was room 403 and my room was a connecting room with a door going to the room next door. When I first arrived at the room I didn’t know what was it so I opened the door and realized what it is. But I forgot to lock it. And at July 8th at about 2 am I got to the room and I went to fill my bathtub for a bath and just went lock the main door and connecting door, even tho the connecting door is super thick and has no handle on the outside, I just decided do lock the main lock and the extra lock just as a precaution. Same to the main entrance door. And about 15 min later I received a phone call from the front office saying they got a report from the room next door that I was trying to break in. I was shocked and frustrated how someone can think that and how the front office team can even believe that 18 year old guest stying all alone by himself in the super big town for the first time in his life is actually trying to break in someone’s room.

Am rezervat o cameră pentru o noapte, iar dimineața am plătit de două ori, m-au păcălit ca nu le merge sistemul! Rușinos pentru un hotel din acest brand!!!

Erstklassiger Service. Großzügige Zimmer. Wellness- und Sportbereich klein, aber fein.

Dazu fällt mir Nix ein.
