The check out staff (female) was absolutely lovely and friendly. The accommodation was lovely, very spacious, nice color scheme, plenty of space. Lovely touch with the golf clubs however we did not have enough time to play. Pool very clean and we spent many hours there.

The check-in staff was quite abrupt and rude. I did not warm to her and after having a long trip to get there, the staff member didn't even break a smile. The staff member had the cheek to ask ME to do her cleaners a favor and take the rubbish out to the bins before check out. Of course I did, but a little politeness goes a long way. The accommodation needed a little improvement in the main bathroom. The shower was basic. Both bedrooms could do with thicker curtains/blinds to minimise light in the morning. I ended up using a rug to cover the windows at night. Fridge also catches on the cutlery draw so sometimes does not shut properly.

Love the location and the surroundings

Apt could have been cleaner, dishes were not clean and no change of towels for a 4 night stay. Washing machine available but no washing powder, should be provided for shorter stays, guests not going to buy a full packet for 1 or 2 washes

Absolutely brilliant value for money! Beautiful complex with all the shops/bars/restaurants you could need. 3 pools with more than enough sun bed availability. All three pools provided different atmospheres, the big one being great for kids and the smaller ones more chilled and quiet. Very homely feel. Really friendly and helpful staff who recommended activities and attractions in the area. 15/20 minute walk down to the marina and beach. Comfy beds, big shower and all the kitchen facilities you could need!

The rooms were not very sound proof and we were woken up by the neighbours early in the morning and sometimes heard noises late at night. Slightly annoying about the €2 charge per sun bed morning and afternoon but with how affordable the accommodation was, this didn’t bother us too much!

Loved the location. As little as 4euro Uber ride to the marina or 15min walk. Our apartment was lovely, roof top terrace , had all kitchen essentials. Restaurants, shops, cafes and bars on site were lovely too. Very friendly staff.

We had nowhere to put our bins, cleaner didn't come until day 6 of our trip and we had a baby including nappies!

The Old Village is a beautiful setting, well maintained and very clean, great location and great atmosphere , pool was spotless and good location to our apartment. Restaurants that were open were fantastic , all staff very friendly and helpful.

Our apartment was large and sunny but also tired and needed updating, sun loungers were old and uncomfortable, no wine glasses, hob had been left on locked , without the help of google we would not have been able to cook.
