Excellent facilities and very spacious.
Found the bathroom bin not fully clean. Some kitchen utensils were also not clean; someone just wiped and left it back to the cupboard.

The units are so spotless and come with lots of essentials and a washing Machine/Dryer, Dishwasher, hotplates and good furnishings and good quality mattress. It is lovely to wake and see the Lamas roaming around when you open the drapes in the morning and hearing the birdlife whilst sitting outside in your own little outdoor area. We love it there and the staff are great

the couple next door had a shouting episode at 11:00pm and again at 5:00 am. very annoying.

Good location pleasant staff
No lights to identify the property at night. The table on the balcony not safe top kept falling off.
Could do with hand rail on stairs otherwise could be dangerous for older people with no where to support themrselves

Quietness and a very relaxed feeling
We were in Villa 25, and I am on a walking stick, and did appreciate the ramp at the back, but thought there could have been a rail up the front steps.

fantastic location . the beds were so comfortable. all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. the villa was spotless and had everything you could need. the pool are was amazing. we will definitely be returning we had a fantastic 3 night break.

The pool was amazing. Gated community. Facilities. Open bathroom. Nice setup of the room.
The air conditioning setup wasn’t able to blow air around the bed. Hot night was a bit stuffy without the air moving. Bed was a bit soft for my liking.

The most cleanest and cosy resort we stayed in.
Great location, beautiful swimming pool with spa, kids playground, activities in the bar, barbecue area with a river view, and other outdoor activities including flying fox, beach volleyball court, tennis court. Loved everything.

Beautiful location. Large and spacious rooms, honestly felt like a house. wonderfull pool and spa facilities. Quiet and tranquil, gorgeous views of the river.

Sporting equipment should be upgraded. Lack of privacy on the main doors (only option was to shut curtains)

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were just lovely. The BBQ area was well stocked with everything you could want and in a lovely location by the river.
