Great, helpful and friendly check-in young lady. Easy parking almost directly outside your room. Great hot water and heat. Good WiFi connection. Nice large refrigerator. King/queen size bed. Quiet location, Very clean room.

The shower was broken dribbled out would hardly feel it let alone wash off soap then the shower head fell apart a minute into the shower,. Most important part of a room should be bed, shower and clean..... this was not nice waking up and leaving feeling dirty! Plus the aircon took forever to get started on a cold day. Poor to average at best.

Air conditioning unit was faulty which was disappointing. Cleanliness was 5/10, have previously been here and had a good experience but this time around was very disappointed.

One stop shop, hotel, food, bar, restaurant

Nothing.

I thought I would give this hotel one more try after a previous bad experience. The heat pump wouldn't go, only 1 side of the electric blanket would go, the outside door near our room wouldn't open with our key, the room was dark and drab and smelled musty. We arrived at 9pm, restaurant closed, no bar food, no room service food. Just horrible, very unprofessional. Last time, never ever again.
