I especially liked and appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. They always managed to sort out the problems I had to face. And at the end I was offered 2 nights in Novotel for compensation. Thank you.

The first room was too humid and the air condition wasn't working well. The second room was better but it was too noisy. The third room was ok but I had to move out for another reason. All in all I'm satisfied as they really tried their best and find a well working solution for me. Thank you.

Location was fine - the breakfast was acceptable - it has shared facilities with the Novotel next door, which should be made clearer as their services are better. Staff were nice and helpful

They dont run an airport taxi facility. The room was fine, but the carpet was pretty gross.

When I arrived at the hotel, unfortunately which actually was fortunately I was asked to check in Novotel since suddenly Ibis was on the maintenances. So this would be Novotel not Ibis. Hotel was perfectly clean and sound specially pool water was crystal clean. Breakfast was delicious. Precautionary protection of virus was kept on the 1st grade. Night time was very calm and guarantees deep sleeping.

The staff were very friendly. They attended to all requests quickly, professionally, and politely. The hotel was clean, with instant hot water for the shower, and very helpful staff. All staff were consistently polite and professional.
