Booking facilities is not well

The cost is reasonable wrt comfortable stay

They are not covering the entire fooding with booking.com

Nice and Comfortable stay, Chef Ali attended very well and food was excellent.

Well, there wasn't anything extraordinarily good to mention

The check in process was pretty slow, more so when we were the only ones checking in at night. The rooms also look old, and the toilets surely need removation

Some of the staff are helpful and friendly and go above and beyond for your needs. Most of the time they need an extra bit of incentive to do so. Room service and dining is good but could be improved. Rooms are clean.

All rooms need a lot of maintenance - we had to swap rooms in the middle of our stay and the new rooms had the same issues. Shower drains block up and need regular cleaning, AC units are weak and barely do the job, one of our fridges was also not working. If you need housekeeping for anything during the evening it will take 40-45 mins before they come and even then you’ll need to call a few times before they do. Beware that if you chose to pay at property you’ll be charged a 12% service tax on top of what is said on your booking.

Hotel was dirty, staff were okay. The location was far from everything. Couldn't use the pool because of events all the time. Very loud from the pool at night and around a dodgy location

Dirty, location, noise

Wanted to find a hotel in Delhi to relax with a nicer room than where I had been staying in the heart of the city. This hotel was that. The staff were very friendly and ugraded the room. We had dinner at the brewery bar place which was pretty decent.

Not the hotels fault but the surrounding area is rather dull. There isn't much to do around. No where to eat for example and not very pleasant to walk around either.
