The place is exactly as advertised. You are right on a beautiful, quiet, private beach. Lots of windows and a balcony right over the sand. I live in Los Angeles and just wanted a place to get away given limited travel options due to Covid. It was the perfect spot! Don was super nice and always there if you need him. I can see returning again and again!!!

You can never go wrong booking a place that allows you to wake up to the sight, sound and smell of the ocean. This is one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever taken. At low tide you can walk a large stretch of the beach. There are great hiking trails nearby for every skill level. We were lucky to see sea lions, dolphins, crabs, anemones, and lots of birds every day! The owner is extremely responsive and wants to make sure that everything is in good working order for your stay. We will definitely return!

Even with the windows closed at night (it was the perfect amount of chilly for us as Phoenicians) we could still hear the sound of the waves lull us to sleep. We had a amazing week escaping the Phoenix heat and having a change of scenery given the quarantine. We loved it so much that we booked our return trip before even leaving and can’t wait to be back. Thank you, Don for a perfect vacation spot!

We rented this amazing property for a short, secluded, and safe vacation away from people during the covid pandemic. We didn't need to leave the beach house, and it really was the most relaxing vacation we have had as a family with active, twin 6 year old boys! The private beach was in a perfect spot, surrounded by sand on both sides during low tide and minimal rocks, we saw a couple sea otters during our stay too. Walls of Glass on the sand truly is a gem of a place and we plan to take advantage of the "repeat offender" discount in the future!

Exactly as pictured, but more magical in person thanks to the smell and sound of the ocean. I loved everything about this property and didn't want to leave. As promised, the local seagull stops by on a daily basis. The only thing worth pointing out (not a negative just something to be aware of) is that the beach out front is rocky, but during low tide you can go out and walk around. I wanted to view it from the balcony anyways, so it was perfect!

Although this unit has a very unassuming appearance from the outside once you step into the unit the views are absolutely fabulous. Literally there is a “Wall of Glass” which provides exceptional views of the ocean. You will not be disappointed. It is at the very top of the best places we have stayed in Southern California. We saw dolphins swim by every morning. There were seals frolicking in the ocean and sunning themselves on a rock not far from the house. One day within 10 minutes we saw 16 Pelicans fly by. During a low tide we took walks along the beach. At high tide the waves are literally lapping at the base of the stairway down to the beach. Very impressive!! The accommodations were excellent and clean.

This is a one of a kind stay! I loved this home like it was my own once we arrived if u like water or being near water this property is perfect for you! Thanks for the hospitality we look forward to staying here again in the future!

Wonderful place to stay.

I had amazing stay. Everything is just as I expected meaning description is very accurate. But what is even better is the feeling ... the sea so close... the waves,,. And the seagulls visits! Unforgettable experience. I guess that most of the people come when the weather is great to be on the beach but I can assure that the experience with normal weather for even windy is just as amazing! Will definitely try to come back.

This is an amazing place, with the most wonderful view. The closeness to the ocean can’t be beat. We saw seals, dolphins, and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The host is very thoughtful and has provided lots of great information. The place is clean, well appointed, comfortable and convenient. I’m looking forward to the opportunity to return.

The first few nights we had to get used to the water slapping underneath the foundation - it is LOUD! However, we got great sleep during our stay. This isn't the Ritz, but you'll definitely feel very relaxed and detached from the rest of the world. The property is very private, and this has to be one of the best views of the ocean. Few people walk by because the surf is up in the morning and it looks as if you're on a cruise ship. Just be ready for how loud the surf is in the morning. We got some great pictures of the spray hitting the house in the morning. Be sure to keep the doors and windows closed at night. We saw seals, dolphins, pelicans, sandpipers, (so cute), and of course, seagulls that would look longingly through the windows to get us to feed them (which we didn't). If this unit were updated, it would beat out other Malibu properties for its view and you'd never be able to book it. However, it's a great location, and if you want to be literally right on the ocean - this is your place.

Amazing house, amazing ocean, amazing owner! Don is wonderful and made our stay fabulous. Fred the Seagull visited, seals and dolphins swam and played just off the beach and we got to watch from our deck! This place offers a one of a kind experience and we will definitely be going back.

What an amazing place! The water is simply stunning! The view is second to none and the beds are extremely comfortable. Traffic is awful, so the parking is key. Don was fantastic and helped with anything we needed. Kitchen is stocked so easy to cook! Our family will be back for sure! Thank you Don!

We enjoyed our stay at Walls of Glass on the Sand. The property sits on a beautiful and private section of beach, so if you want an uncrowded location, this is great.

It was awesome watching the nature show right outside our deck, the seals and dolphins were feeding on a huge Kelp patch adrift in front of us ,and the shark swimming just feet from the shore reminding us how awesome Nature is. That was day one!! and every day on our private strip of beach, or on the deck was just so breathtakingly beautiful. We loved it here and will definitely plan on being a "Repeat Offender" Thanx Don

Excellent location to enjoy a private beach in Malibu, it was beyond beautiful to wake up to dolphins and seals and even a shark right in front of our balcony and to go to sleep to the pounding surf was exciting and made for white noise heaven. We loved our time at WOG!!

As a 7 time repeat offender we are always so excited to return to Malibu and our Windows of Glass on the Sand beach house. Every time it is just as fabulous as the time before. Of all the places we can travel too our hearts keep bringing us back here. It truly is heaven on earth for us. Thank you Don for keeping this wonderful home beautiful and available for us to enjoy.
