Good location within walking distance to everything important in Pitlochry. Easy access from parking. Nice and clean room, ours with a nice view. Good breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. Supermarket and restaurants nearby.

Pitlochry is such a great little town! I wish we could have spent more time there! And the host at Atholl Guest House was so friendly! I don’t recall the last time I was shown to my room. If you’re visiting, or traveling through this quaint town, I would highly recommend Atholl Giest Gouse!

The staff were amazing! The room was huge and perfect for us as a family. It was so clean and bathroom was spotless and brand new! The breakfast was awesome. Wishe we had stayed longer. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at the Annex apartment which was in mint condition! A huge apartment with very nice kitchen and living room…it is at the end of the cute town center and accessible to everything.

We had a cozy room. The breakfast was delicious and rich , handmade by our very kindly hosts. We had the choice between full english breakfast, scrambled eggs with cheese or salmon and porridge.

The noise volume of the passing train didn't bother us. It was quiet at night.

Bed could have been slightly more comfy and the shower pressure could have been better.

It was easy to find, the breakfast was really good (except the coffee!), and the room was very clean and neat.

Bad coffee from the coffee machine, but otherwise a great breakfast.

Everything about Villa. Access to theatre, walks, facilities.

The location is a great starting point for walks downtown, to the dam and fish ladders, into the neighborhood, and to see the Black Spout waterfall.

Everything was fine. Be aware that there is not an elevator, so you may be carrying luggage up more than one flight of stairs.
