Perfect location. very helpful staff. Nice breakfast served in a pretty courtyard

The location is perfect to visit Avignon. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a warm welcome from the staff and adapted explanations about whatever we wanted. The parking "Palais des Papes" is very close to the hotel, don't hesitate to use your car if you are a family. The hotel gives you 20% rabate.

The staff at Kyriad were fantastic. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable and were helpful at every opportunity. On top of this, good prices and fantastic central location. Would recommend staying here to all.

Finding the hotel from the train station was very easy. The staff were welcoming and the room was adequate. The breakfast wasn't anything special, but it met my needs. The air conditioning was wonderful!

The breakfast could have been a little better. They were out of eggs and bacon both days that i stayed there.

The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable and the room was big enough and everything was clean.

I went during the holiday season, it was a bit crowded and not well organized for the number of people. Since it is an old building you could hear everything. there was also a problem with the ventilation system. Honestly, what is more, essential for me to that let me put down the value of the hotel is that it is written that they have facilities for disabled guests, while it is only partially true because there are some steps at the entrance.
