very friendly receptionists.
the bathroom was dirty; totally uncleaned. you could see dirt marks in the bath tub everywhere and on most of the tops. Some sockets faulty in the room as well. I would not recommend this property for a leisure stay unless really necessary.

The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Our rooms was kindly upgraded and any requests / issues were resolved immediately. the room was incredibly spacious with all the necessary amenities. Bottle water provided daily.
Breakfast was good, however we missed it most mornings.
Mr Rajesh and Mr Singh on the front desk were particularly exceptional and very helpful and friendly.
The hotel itself was set in the heart of Colaba on a quiet side street. 5 minutes walking distance from the Taj Palace Hotel and iconic Gateway of India. Plenty of shopping any eating options in and around the surrounding streets.
WiFi speed and reliability could do with further improvement and the iron did not have a steam function making ironing clothes difficult.

The location.
The rooms and shower were not very clean. The TV did not work for most of our stay and they only replaced it on the day we were checking out. Breakfast was very bland and limited. Very overpriced for what you actually get.

I never seen such a dirty 3star hotel in my whole life.
The lift sides are full of Pan pics 🤣 dinning hall like a slum wedding halls. Can't believe hotel could be so dirty.
On entry hair lying over the bed , flash not working in toilet. Horrible experience.

The location is Superb. Hospitality is very Good. Clean and neat rooms.. Initially we booked for a day then we extended for one more day. The room is spacious..
Food Could be better.. No spice No salt.. We informed them to make the Food bit more tasty.. Hopefully they consider..

4 star rating?? 2 Star at a stretch! The hotel was substandard and should never be at its current rating…the photos are deceiving, especially the terrace…never got to see it as they had private functions on a couple of nights.
Moved me from original big bedroom to a smaller room after 1 day…gave me some poxy excuse. Also the amount of noise made by others on the corridors…done my head in. Breakfast room and menu not very palatable and appeared unclean and outdated. Wi-Fi not working…I’m sure there’s better hotels about. My advice….avoid and do your research

great location for Mumbai, in colaba . a few minutes away on foot from The Gateway to India / the boats to go to Elephanta island . also close to Fort

This was an unbelievable negative hotel experience. Dirty everywhere, room, breakfast area, elevator, advertised as a 4 Star, but in reality this far below a 2 star facility! The hotel manager proposed a better room, but even there we noticed toothpaste from previous guests on the mirror and even than he charged the full price. Poor management, lousy experience

I loved the location of this place. So closeby to taj hotel n shopping areas. On the main road at colaba causeway. The service is good. The reception staff is great especially Narendra singh and Ramesh who welcomed us at the hotel.
There is nothing to complain about this hotel.

breakfast was quiet decent, i enjoyed dinner at the hotel
the bathroom was very untidy. the floor would get wet with water after a shower, and the drains were not cleaned, so the water would fill up the entire bathroom and should you wish to use the toilet, you would need to stand in the flooded bathroom. i did not like the dampness in the room, not to my satisfaction, i personally feel the pictures are deceiving. i had to cancel my stay at the hotel and move to the president. i feel the cost of accommodation per night isn't fairly priced.

The location and the rooftop terrace (level 9) with the bar were great. A great spot to just relax away from the noise of traffic and buzz of the streets. The old art deco style, for example the windows, is charming. Staff are also friendly.
Unfortunately the room and the stairwell were pretty filthy, the latter with food and rubbish on stairs and floors. It's a real shame about the rooms which have nice big windows and a generous layout. There's marks everywhere over the lounge chairs, the mirrors and the windows. Every time I used the AC remote control I wanted to go wash my hands, as it was soiled with some brown dried up sauce, and some things in the room, e.g. the phone cord, were covered in years of dust. The bedding was so filthy when I moved in, I had to call to have it changed.
