Location was handy to restaurants and town.

Ceiling looked like it was going to cave in. Bed in awkward position. Hot tub we couldn't find the switched to turn the jets on even with the instructions on the wall. Rubbish bin not emptied.

It was quiet and clean.

The toilet seat wasn’t attached to the loo. Most disappointing was both power points in kitchen didn’t work so we had to plug the electric jug into to power point on floor where fan was which was very dangerous.

Overall this property desperately in need of major maintenance. 1st night - The room no 7 was very shocking - clogged up sink. Noisy next to lift, no wardrobe , very soft bed n dirty pillows..the list go on and on. Next day we were given better rooms but neighbouring motels guest was noisy. However, the owner did try her best to put us in a better room for the next 2 nights .

This motel does need a major maintenance.

Spa Pool is hot, Location is great, Bed is reasonable comfort, Elevator is useful to the old people.

Facilities are old. Windows Sill and the Fan is dirty. Shower pressure is very low.

Beds were large, comfortable and linen fresh and clean. Best part was the after hours check-in and key drop off was so convenient.

Room and bathroom could do with an update but overall a comfortable place and great location close to town.

Loved that we were on ground level, room was clean and tidy, room had everything you needed, spa was awesome as, great communication with owners

There was no hot chocolate lol bed was uncomfortable after traveling all day just wanted a comfy bed

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was polite.

Motel is very run down, burn holes and tear in the duvets, sky tv on the website photos but they didn’t have it, spa water was dirty once jets were run, mineral pool was completely derelict and unappealing.

The motel is very run down and not close to any value for money. Evidence of water leak in ceiling, on window sills in room. Toilet cistern coming way from the wall, bathroom not very clean with mould. Outside there are downpipes coming away from the gutters (would hate to be there if it rained).

location was ideal, lift for access to room was helpful after a hard event. Car parking was handy.

The police arrived at 2am in the morning to remove an occupant! Heard swearing and crying, my children and I felt very unsafe 🙁 The next morning we asked for a refund so we could stay somewhere else and it was REFUSED! Disgusting service!

Everything place was a dump. He needs to be blown up and re built. Was not worth $150 a night. Shower pressure 😖.

Wasn’t cleaned properly. Toilet was running loud all night. Walls are paper thin so could hear upstairs walking round all night. Gap in front door so breeze would come in. Also tv had a line thru it
