The food was not great, too bland. Breakfast was limited to only scrambled eggs and no other option ever, though I asked. Dinner options too was limited to only bland chicken with various salads with no carbs (chips)

Breakfast was good options.

In a run down area. Quite daunting to arrive at night and didn’t want to be outside alone. Room very small couldn’t fit suitcase and person in the space.

Location to Disneyland very good.

Location was ok but for this price lacked important facilities the toilet smelled and breakfast was not upto the mark

Rooms were too small, made it quiet difficult to get ready ready in.

The rooms were clean enough and everything you need is there. No English option on the TV.

The cutlery in the restaurant was dirty with old food stuck to 3 of the 4 knives. Took over 20 mins to get served at the bar so went next door to Novotel to buy drinks and bought them back to the hotel. Staff in restaurant and bar very unhelpful but reception staff were very good

Breakfast was okay: meat, cheese, cereals, crumbled eggs, bread, pastries, fruits and juice. We took our swimsuits because there was a swimming pool but the access is in the hotel next door. So we did not go. And there is a soccer table. That’s fun. And, the employees are really nice.

We took a room for 3. They put an extra bed. The mattress was so thin that my daughter was really uncomfortable. And with the extra bed, we could not really circulate in the room, there was actually not enough room to open the luggage on the floor. And no more access to the « dressing » with the bed. Really disappointing… We decided to eat at the Courtepaille restaurant of the hotel : very little choice (like 3 different dishes ?), really expensive for the food : dried salmon, dried French fries, burger OK. We should have gone to the Mc Donald of the mall next door. I guess it would not have been worse.

Breakfast was good with many options.

Locatia was good. There is a supermarket close by on the way to train station where you can buy things you need for the trip. Place is quite also.

It happneds 3 times where food was missing at breakfast such as milk, butter and breads and they did not replace it because they did not have them anymore. Also when we arrive at mittnight the person at from desk was somewhere else so we had to wait 20 min to do the ckeck in. Tired and with 2 small kids it was not good.

very Modern, staff were friendly.

i was advised that the water in the room was not drinking water so had to buy bottled.

Restaurant indoors

Turned out there were no towels in the room and at breakfast they ran out of knifes, forks and plates. But after asking they brought these over.

Was very cold in the room, conditioner didn’t work. there was no shampoo, no slippers, no kettle with tea, etc. in the room. The room is very small. Dirty carpet and curtains.

very very bad staff, they even don’t smile during the check in. they need to learn how to treat customers and get some professional skills.
