Everything was just perfect: staff were extremely helpful, always smiling, all of them spoke very good english. Rooms as well as the whole hotel were clean. There were plug adapters in the room so that guests from foreign countries could easily use the power plugs. Our room had a fridge, hair dryer and tv set. Air conditioning worked as required. Bathroom was rather small but sufficient (washbasin as well as shower were quite large and comfortable). Our room had a balcony (as probably all rooms) with sea view, equipped with tower rack for drying swimsuits, towels atc. and plastic chairs to sit on. The hotel has a swimming pool with shallow and deep part so that you can play with children in the shallow part and they can also enjoy jumping into the water in the deep part. There is also a small pool for small kids and a whirlpool. The location of the hotel just across the road from the beach made the transfers with a child to the beach very comfortable. We always had a parking space for our car. Breakfast offered plenty of sweet and savoury food, tea, coffe, milk, juices etc. We also had dinners in hotel restaurant - you must book a table on the previous day and order meals in the morning at the latest. The dinners were delicious, involved a salad bar with plenty of seafood, vegetables and various salads, first and second course and a sweet dessert. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It’s a family run hotel, 3 generations live here it shows. The facilities are well taken care of and the staff are super nice.

The hotel needs a refurbishment

The hotel was across the road from the beach with a beach club opposite. The staff were friendly and helpful and the beach facing room was bright and sunny with a comfy bed. We had a large bathroom and a good shower. The best thing for us was free and easy access to the bikes which we used to cycle into Cescenatico along a cycle path. It was great fun and took around 20 mins at a leisurely pace.

The second room we rented for our teenagers was on the corner so not such a great view, not so bright and was a little cramped with the third bed.

Personal was very friendly! Breakfast and Restaurant were very good. Next time we are back in Cesenatico we know where to go!

Location and breakfast

We went down to have dinner at 19:40. We were under the impression that the evening dinner was served either outside or in the same location as the morning breakfast. A staff member came out, we were the only guests sitting there,. I asked if dinner was being served, she said yes at 19:30. It was already past 17:30. She suggested we have an Aperitivo while we waited. We were confused as it was past 17:30, but we said ok we will have prosecco. We waited until 20:15, still no people or sign of staff, she never returned. Finally another member came out arranging tables. We asked for a menu which she provided then left. We waited another 20 minutes then flagged her down when she came outside. We asked if we could order. She was confused and went in and got the other staff member who originally told us 19:30. She asked what was the problem and we said we wanted to order as it gasped been around 1:20 minutes we had been sitting there. She then said that the dinner was being served upstairs on the first floor. My husband was rightly angry, but her attitude was basically “not my problem”. No apology for the confusion. She left and went into the main office and my husband followed trying to express in English to an Italian how upset he was that we were left sitting there. Any professional, intelligent hotel staff would have just apologized and taken us upstairs. Because my husband raised his voice, she picked up her phone and said she was calling the police! I came into the office, asked in Italian why she had not come back to advise we had to go up to the restaurant. She said we should have known. The owner came in, asked what the problem was, I told him in Italian. He claimed he told me it was upstairs when we checked in. All I remember was his telling me that breakfast was served in the restaurant on the ground floor — where we had been waiting for that 1:20. My husband then asked the original staff member a question.

Really we had a good time with my family specially my kids
