This is really hidden gem.Perfect stuff,delicious food,beautiful room very cleand and nice spa. We really appreciate all our glutenfree meals. Piste is close by skibus and the area is magical.Thank you very much for all.

Nice and clean. high quality furniture and beds. Breakfast and dinner were really nice and complete. Great service, if you ask about something an appropriate solution is immediately provided. As an example; our shower drain did not drain properly, was fixed the same day. When you ask for directions, the manager walks with you.

The rooms were comfortable and there was a very good breakfast and dinner. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The lift station was a 10 minute walk away and the alternative buses were usually full by the time they arrived outside the hotel.

Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice. Food very good on the whole. Room lovely, clean and comfortable. Good decor. Spa facilities were lovely as well. Ski room excellent.

Hot chocolate from machine not very chocolatey , and was just like hot milk at times. Bacon a bit too greasy, but maybe hard to avoid this as it is very similar in other hotels we have stayed. More info on buses in foyer would be good. I would have liked a choice on how my steak was cooked as it was cooked rare which I appreciate it how most people like it and hard to pander to individuals taste when cooking on a large scale. Maybe including a choice of how rare, medium , well done could be added to the menu?

The atmosphere is nice and vist

The location could be better with respect to the skilift-stations of Saalbach and Hintergleem, but skibusses drive between the towns regularly. The buffet area is a bit small/ narrow - and thus tend to be a bit crowded

Food was always very tasty. The room was cosy and modern. Sauna complex is spacious and very relaxing.

The private storage in ski room is a great idea. With the room for two people we got a locker to place two pairs of ski and ski shoes. There was not enough place for snowboard though.

We visited Mulk Hotel 2nd time and for sure not the last time. We liked a lot the place, all who works there are creating this nice atmosphere and guests feel cared and comfortable. And food was much better than last time. Thanks and CU

Very nice staff and easy to get to both Saalbach and Hinterglemm. We were 8 people and had nice social dinners at the end of our day with good salat bar for starter being a winner.

absolutely awesome wellness area! 2 saunas, steaming room and infra sauna make life much better especially after a day spent on slopes. relaxation rooms and tasty drinks are also very nice!

Very friendly staff. The room is spacious and very lovely. The breakfast is excellent and dinner with varied and very good dishes, very welcoming staff and very good chef. The skibus is near the hotel and the centre of Saalbach within walking distance. We will definitely be back.

We only stayed one night and didn't even manage to check in on time. The more we appreciated friendly and helpful staff and rich breakfest.
