Brand name.
Amazing location and rooms! Great brand name and Peshawari's food with Sunil!
However, Major overhaul needed in the services department..
1. We stayed in two Mughal suites. Check in guy did not inform when rooms were ready(he had promised to call). We kept sitting in restaurant till we decided to ask him at 2.30 PM ourselves.
2. Pool is normal outdoor pool...but chargeable! Really!!
3. The in room goodies kept in only one room.
4. Vikrant in restaurant was too intrusive.
5. Two calls for luggage pick up on checkout. No one came. We lugged them out.
6. Instead a man comes and checked the bar and asks if we had something from there. Could be more discreet. In any case, one would have informed the checkout desk to bill.
7. Area maintenance outside...poor!
ITC has a name! Maintain the class guys!!

We were so lucky to attend the Holi celebration party which was eye opening and great fun. We only stayed there for one night, breakfast and dinner were super good. A housekeeping staff even took us to the roof top to view Taj Majah there.

Freundliche Zimmer mit kompletter Ausstattung (selbst mit Bügeleisen), sehr umfangreiche und hochwertige Büfett‘s sowohl zum Frühstück als auch zum Dinner. Aufmerksamer Service!
Die Architektur des Hotels ist Geschmacksache: von außen ein dunkler Ziegelbaukomplex mit kleinen (heißen) Innenhöfen, ähnlich einem Fort, aber es könnte auch ein Gefängnis sein. Innen kühle Marmoroptik mit wenig einnehmender Atmosphäre und langen Zimmerfluchten. Die Zimmer selbst sind zwar angenehm, aber Standardware, die man auch in besseren 3*-Hotels findet, es fehlt jegliche persönliche Note. Insgesamt ein 5*-Sterne-Haus zum Auswechseln an jeden beliebigen Ort.
Die Preise bei a la Cart und für Getränke sind weit überdimensioniert, beim Spezialrestaurant ‚Peshawri‘ fehlt jegliches Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ein absolut durchschnittliches Abendessen mit enttäuschender Qualität kostete soviel wie unser Doppelzimmer pro Nacht … absolut lächerlich.

Exceptional service from arrival late (after buffet closure) - the ITC Mughal team kept the A La Carte kitchen open for our family of 6 to eat after long drive from Ayodhya. Additionally, the kids enjoyed the pool, breakfast was superb and the option to visit the observatory to view the Taj Mahal - a lovely touch. We only stayed one night but felt part of a family and very much at home there! Thank you 🙏🏽

Une pause pratique, paisible et tres confortable dans la ville un peu éprouvante d Agra. Beaux jardins et belle piscine pour ce grand hôtel aux belles façades de brique rouge. Buffet pratique pour le dîner et petit déjeuner
Notre chambre etait a une extrémité du bâtiment avec une vue sur le bout du jardin. Demandez une chambre plus centrale autour de la piscine et/ ou des jardins intérieurs

This is a fabulous hotel. It would have been nice for the bathroom to be a little larger (for instance, there was only one sink), but that aside, everything was impeccable and the stay was wonderful. The service was perfect.

Breakfast was really good, and rooms are very well decorated. Service is great. The spa is really beautiful.
The food at the bar was very average. The spa is beautiful but a bit too expensive in my opinion.

Hospitality was great, property was beautiful. The entrance alone is grand, it was close to Taj Mahal. We had dinner buffet and the hospitality was exceptional. I would like to give a shout out to Mr Raj Soni, him and his team gave us a brilliant service and we couldn’t be happier. The breakfast buffet was also good.
They were applying a fresh coat of paint, and being allergic to it, we had some breathing issues. Maybe they can keep those rooms off the next time they paint it.

Had an unforgettable stay at ITC Mughal in Agra with my wife. The grandeur of the lobby, the warm staff, and stunning garden view amazed us. The stay was perfect for relaxation after exploring the mesmerizing Taj Mahal. Dining was a delight with a variety of mouthwatering dishes on spread at the Taj Bano buffet. Highly recommended for a truly regal experience.

Great location, lovely entrance and foyer, thorough security measures in place. Given the price point I believe the property is excellent value for money. Super comfy beds, devine bedlinens, a variety of pillows, effective aircon. Staff were friendly and helpful. Yummy breakfast with great variety.
Wifi could be better...
Also, there was an rooftop viewing area where you could see The Taj Mahal from (but with signage to beware of the monkeys haha - I didn't see any though). If the hotel was ever to make improvements/renovations, I feel this could be an excellent area to utilise for a rooftop bar/dining to add to the already excellent offerings the property has.

There are a lot of monkeys around that scare you if you roam around in the gardens. property looks a bit old.
