Stylish. Plenty of choices for food and drinks.

We had an issue with the hotel concierge dept., regarding the booking of taxis and the retail outlets that the taxi drivers "associate with." We have discussed this with hotel management and weren't impressed with their flippant response. We will not stay there again as a result.

Overall standard was good. House keeping and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.

I found some of the male reception staff were a little arrogant in how they interact with guests.

Very friendly staff at the breakfast. Also the man who clean my room were friendly and always asking if everything was ok.

THIS IS NOT A 5* HOTEL! First thing, the Staff were laughing to me when i did arrive, this due to i had a backpack and not a business suitcase. Second, the room was NOT clean. I had to change room upon arrival when fining mould in the shower. The floor had sports from a previous Guest. The room was also sprayed with parfyme to take away bad smell. Second room i got were not clean either, but accepable. The last day on my visit i visited the restaurant, one of the girls working as head waiter looked at her phone more then helping the guests. Breakfast was crowded, i had to share table with other guests.. Upon check-out the reseptionist did not even ask if i had a good stay, just interested to get my card ASAP. Well as you hear not really a 5 star property, rather a medio 4 star.

The shops there are good and interesting

So many stairs to go anywhere. The shopping level not connected to a lift . The design of the public areas which are vast needing one to walk and walk up and down stairs makes it very difficult for anyone who has trouble walking.

The staff looking after our room were excellent for service and cleaning. Meals in restaurant were great. All other staff very friendly and helpful.

My room wasn't as clean when we checked in. It was dusty. The shower changed temperatures randomly. Overall, I thought there could be more value for the money.
