How close it was to airport

Took a long time to check in when we got in room was smelly and filthy. Changed rooms still cleanliness but up to scratch to late and to tired to change. left charger in first room was told it was not there when they looked. Over priced for what it is bar meal expensive and very average. Tired and dirty braces comfy though

Yuli at front desk was very helpful at check in. It makes a big difference when treated so well.

The hotel is a very short walk from the international terminal in Sydney. The desk staff were very obliging when we asked if we could have a king rather than the allocated queen bed. It was very comfortable and completely sound proof.

The location was perfect. Clearer signals for parking would be good. Complimentary bottles of water would be a bonus considering the price of the room. Everything else was great

Direkt am intern. Flughafen gelegen, kurzer Fußweg zum Check in und Bahn in die Stadt. (ca. 100 Meter). Also praktisch und unschlagbar für den Abflug in der Nacht oder frühen Morgen. Die Zimmer im Hotel sind zweckmäßig, wertig und sehr sauber und da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Alles ist auf den 1 Tages/Nachtgast ausgelegt. Einfaches Einstellen einer Weckzeit am Zimmertelefon. Die nahe Lage zur Bahn ist super, in 15 Minuten ist man mit der Bahn direkt am Circular Quay und muss nicht auf die teuren, vollen unmotivierten Bar/Restaurant Alternativen im Hotel ausweichen. Außerdem kann man noch schön etwas am Hafen/The Rocks spazieren gehen

Nervig waren die insgesamt 4 ! Emails mit der Aufforderung zum Online Check-In, um möglichst wenig mit dem Gast zu tun zu haben. Ebenso für den Online Check-Out gab es Mails. Nervig. Dies ist ein Symptom für ein Massenhotel auf Effizienz und nicht dem Gast ausgelegt. Auf Grund der Lage ist das Hotel mit der Bar und Restaurant ein Selbstläufer. Dementsprechend wird man als Gast nicht besonders wertgeschätzt, der nächste Gast kommt ja sowieso. Es war alles OK, aber mir hat trotzdem diese etwas "Besondere" Gefühl gefehlt, Willkommen zu sein und einen Wiedersehen zu wollen. So agiert auch das Personal. Ich kam vom Domestic Airport mit dem kostenlosten Shuttlebus, damit fährt man am Hotel vorbei und muss dann ein ganzes Stück von der Bushaltestelle zurück zum Hotel laufen, ca. 300- 500 Meter. Daran kann das Hotel nichts ändern, mit viel Gepäck und falls man keinen Gepäckwagen findet, kann das etwas mühselig sein. Alternativ mit dem Zug oder eben Taxi nehmen

Perfect location for early international flight

Serves the purpose of being close to the international terminal for an early morning departure and late night arrival. Functional well equiped room but completely soulless.

Expensive. No other reason to stay here except to access the airport.

Comfortable bed. Very close to Airport terminal for onwards travel. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

No dislikes.

Came in late. Would have liked some milk and a biscuit to go with my cup of tea.
