Friendly staff and room was ready when I arrived. Great location to medina square.

I was told I could get a take away breakfast when I left early for the airport, which was not made. The room was a little noisy.

La ubicación es perfecta, en la medina, cerca de todo pero sin estar en todo el jaleo y alejado del ruido El desayuno esta rico Destacar la amabilidad del personal, nos imprimieron de forma gratuita las tarjetas de embarque, y el último día antes de irnos el chico de recepción nos siguió corriendo para devolvernos el dinero de las tasas porque ya lo habíamos pagado con Booking, es muy de agradecer, muy honesto

The riad looks beautiful and is very closely located to Jeema El Fna. I was only staying for one night and leaving early in the morning as I was only transiting to the airport, and since it was earlier than breakfast time they gave me some food in a doggy bag before I left. They also helped by lending me a suitcase scale for when I was packing. All in all very available, even though they arranged for transport to the airport but told me they could not book a taxi to pick me up from the train station the day I arrived. Though I did not experience the riad during the day, the courtyard was gorgeous and the roof terrasse seemed lovely

The bathroom was quite small and did not offer a lot of storage, like enough hooks for the towels, shelves for the products or a big enough wardrobe. But the room was not expensive, so it is in line with the pricing.

Absolutely lovely staff, clean and traditional place. Don't forget to treat yourself with hammam maghrebi (Morrocan bath) and massage.

The location was wonderful just off the main square., and whilst it was so close and in the centre of the street markets, the Riad was a haven of quiet and a great place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing! The Riad is stunning, rooms are beautiful and immaculately clean. My room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and linen provided too. Breakfast was a triumph - plentiful and delicious. The staff could not have been more accommodating - as a woman travelling alone I felt safe and secure here, and very looked after! I would absolutely stay here again.

Our room was on the first floor so it was quite noisy - I could hear every time somebody flushed their toilet and people coming in and out of the hotel Wifi connection was bad and unstable. Also the sink in the bathroom was clogged. 9

Located in Medina, old city. We stayed our first and last night here in two different rooms. Both with air conditioning. Steps away from main souks and great restaurants local and tourist. Inn keeper was gracious, knowledgeable, accommodating and connected. Clean linen and towels.

Scooters and small motorcycles are allowed to ply the alleyways of the Medina. This is no fault of the Riad. Just be aware of them.

the reception was unfriendly and accused us for not paying even though we paid in cash the day before. wasted 30 minutes arguing with them and going through camera footage. Insane! DO NOT BOOK HERE, unless you like to get harassed.

I spent just a night here. it’s right in the centre of the Medina and was very easy to locate. The staff at the reception desk were helpful and helped me get an early morning taxi to the train station for my 5:50am trip to Chefchaouen. the room was clean and the bathroom was neat too.

A feast! We really enjoyed the breakfast.

The use of the fridge was great but it kept freezing up. The safe didn't work and some of the electrics needed an overhaul but the charming ambience and helpful staff made up for this. Simon on reception was exceptionally helpful.

Lovely typical Riad very close to the main square, perfect location - meaning it’s easy to find and get back to following a stroll around the souks. Lovely staff. Comfortable room with aircon (and heating needed in feb). Very nice breakfast.

The balcony view isn’t great… over an empty plot with piles or rubbish - but clearly the riad can’t do anything about this.
