酒店环境非常舒适，酒店内还有溪流，感觉像是一个花园。酒店距离金矿仅仅开车需要2分钟的时间，非常的方便

停车的问题，酒店有很多停车位，但是如果可以，优先安排车位方便的房间，我们的房间出门口就没走停车位，还要绕道前面去，但是前面的房间是空房，没有安排入住，房型也是一样的！

Friendly staff, we had no problems changing our room as I couldn’t access the shower being over the bath due to previous surgery. There was also some mould around the bath edge

A hand held shower would have been nice and a table and chairs to eat our take away food ,There was 2 armchairs and a desk in the room but awkward to move to use as a dining area .Due to the width of our car it wouldn’t fit under the carport attached to the unit.

The location of this property was good and the outdoor area of the property was good for a runs or bike rides, there was even a trail walk. the wifi in the room was stable and fast, however our room was very smelly and the facilities were mediocre. There was no microwave or a clean looking kettle in the room. The fridge had nothing in it, there was not even a bottle of water in the room. The breakfast buffet was just basic food yet pricey. The staff at the restaurant were rude and needs more training.

- smelly toilet which impacted our stay - beds were very cheap and hard and couldn’t get proper sleep. - paid breakfast was pricey but the food was basic toast and jams - the wash basin was clogged and we had to wait for the water to subside between each use. - the room door was wobbly and shook at every wind gust making sleeping at night difficult.

Bed was good, room was big, shower was over the bath, bathroom basin was cracked, tiny bit of milk

the room was "tired" crap decor, shower over bath is risky and so old school, the cracked basin told the story and the tiles!!!!

I liked the space the unit gave, the few was blocked. And one bathroom for a two bedroom unit was disappointing.

I was charged double at the check in, I advised the staff I had paid prior to arriving and she couldn't have cared, when she scanned my credit card as normally donwnfor a good I then said I was just chrged again and she said Oh my error. As of today it's been 5 business days and I had to call to ask what was going on and this time got a beautiful staff member who found the refund hadn't been done and now I am having to wait all over again. Not at all professional nor will I ever stay at this location again.

Shower head was way to low The matress was severely sunken on one side of the bed. I couldn’t sleep there it was horrible. I ended up sleeping on the floor. (Very Poor)

Loved the room and it was warm when we arrived. Enjoyed the breakfast and loved the hours it was open. Set us up for the day.
