Modern room. Comfy bed. Large, plush towels. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. Great location. the perfect place to go after a day walking the Southwest Coast Trail. Also had dinner here the night before. All was good, but the highlights were the corn fritters with a maple-based dipping sauce and the lamb chops which were the best we’ve ever had. Just lovely!

Water goes from perfect to very hot due to an issue with the water service and pressure. We figured it out thanks to the signage provided but it’s a bit of a challenge.

Easy access to Tintagel castle and the town. Bathroom and shower was of a high standard. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Room was a bit stale and lacked ventilation. Window in the room was locked shut. Seemed a bit unnecessary when you're by the sea in summer. Bathroom was in a adjoining room in the hallway. Could be accessed by anyone with a coin or back of a key.

a wee bit pricey. we booked several weeks ago but needed to change the dates at the last minute. this change resulted in a £100 price difference increase for one night

it’s a home from home! The staff are exceptional, the rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped! the food is amazing and the bar is fab!

The room was excellent with everything we needed. The breakfast service was excellent and well organised , a great choice and fast service with a smile. We had dinner and a few drinks in the bar. Great choice of drinks and a great menu that is changed throughout the day. Food was great and again fast service.

Room was very ‘roomy’ , lovely bathroom, very clean. Breakfast really good and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Such a great, central place to explore Tintagel ,no need to get into the car.

Lovely friendly staff, an excellent generous breakfast, good powerful shower and comfortable bed.

Rather noisy at night and the room was very hot, even after we turned down the radiators.

Great place to stay and eat. We stayed in room 8 which was a family room it was really big the beds were so comfy and the room was very clean couldnt fault anything about the place and the food was very good aswell.

The toilet cistern broke while we were there and also the room cleaning was a bit suspect. When we arrived there was a used tissue on the floor under one of the bedside cabinets and it stayed there even after our room had subsequently been cleaned

Nice clean and modern room and bathroom. Nice pub and staff. Food nice. Great location for exploring locally. Lovely village location and a beautiful area.

Only minor issue was cost of meals and drinks but probably going rate in seaside locations like this.

The room was big and had everything we needed. We were on a ground floor annex but it still felt very private and quiet. Breakfast was great and the staff service was really good.
