Room was fantastic, large, bright, clean and very stylish. Breakfast was brilliant, full English breakfast and many continental options too, plus plenty of coffee!! Location was perfect, beautiful view of the bay from our room. Plenty of parking, and taxi's were very reasonable.

Our bedroom was delightful, we had a room with a view of Ilfracombe, the room was very comfortable and the facilities in the room were great. It was spotlessly clean and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Anne-Marie was an exceptional host, nothing was too much trouble and the breakfasts were excellent with so much choice. We cannot thank Anne-Marie enough and we would certainly go back.

Anne Marie was a lovely host, great communication throughout. Our room was beautiful, spacious, clean and the shower was great! The toiletries smelled amazing too! Lots of tea and coffee available. They have convenient stations for refilling tea and coffee throughout the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and I liked their menu choices. Very welcoming and warm hotel. We will definitely revisit.

The Staff were incredibly accommodating, I arrived past the check-in time and the owner was still waiting for us and let us in with a smile and open arms. The breakfast was stunning, the cleanliness was incredible too!

This is impossible to change but the hill it's on was a bit difficult for my car to get up, but the parking was ample and lovely. Also, I suppose the TV not having a Disney + app was a bit sad, but these things are out of control for the owner so I'm not even upset. Next time I stay, I'll bring a laptop and connect it to the TV... so really it's not even a qualm

The house exceeded my expectations and was the best I've stayed in in Ilfracombe and I visit frequently as my sons live there. Brilliant location, a few minutes drive into the Hugh Street and right next to Bicclescombe Park where you can have a scenic stroll. Plenty of parking on site and the owner Anne Marie was friendly and welcoming. My room was a good size, with a mini fridge where a pint of milk was waiting for me ( much nicer than cartons). On the spacious landing there was a trolley where you could restock with tea, coffee etc whenever you needed. There is even a lift so you do not have to carry your luggage up the stairs. A great choice of breakfast for all, in a dining room where you are allocated your own table and which has lovely views. I only stumbled across this place as I was looking for the cheapest rate available and I wouldn't hesitate staying here again. Highly recommend!

Super welcoming, give you milk and teabags for the room. List of local restaurants and activities and numbers to book. Fill out a breakfast form so you don’t waste any food. Amazing stay :)

An excellent choice for a stay in Ilfracombe. The Guest House is very spacious with lovely clean and well-equipped rooms. A perfect location for exploring the area. The staff are very friendly and have great local knowledge. The car park easily accommodates a car for each room and the spaces are very generous. I happily left my car in the car park for the duration of my stay and walked or used Taxi's to get around.

The staff were very welcoming and we had a lovely chat. Showed us around the place to make us feel as comfortable as possible.

The room was good although ours faced the back garden and my partner found it hot in the room. Room 4. The ensuite was big and was very clean too. The host, Anne-Marie was very welcoming and lovely. The breakfast was amazing, I had the full English, partner had Porridge. There was ample continental, toast and cereals plus tea and an array of coffees.

It was just lovely. If it can be improved maybe a bit more control on the heating in the room. Ours was warm and the radiators were off and the only rad on was the towel rad. But that aside, the place was very lovely.
