Clean, comfortable More spacious than some of the rooms we stayed in
Rude and unapologetic staff We were promised an extra pillow by a staff member When we enquired about it again the other staff member repeatedly shouted back at us they didn't have any all the while she didn't even bother checking if they had any spare ones When we complained to the manager about the staff member raising her voice she advised us this was because "that's just the way she speaks" and claimed she had checked and they didn't have any Except, the staff member never even bothered to leave the reception desk to check... Unhelpful staff who cover each other's backs as opposed to offering a solution.

L'emplacement idéal proche du Velodrome et dans une rue très calme. Personnels très sympathiques. Chambre correct.
Bruit de travaux dans l'hôtel assez important au moment de notre séjour.

Great location of the hotel from which you can walk to the city center. Friendly staff, garage under the hotel, good breakfast.
The rooms are not completely clean, so for a long stay I would probably choose another hotel.

Le personnel a été très agréable et disponible
Nous avons réservé cet hôtel afin d’accéder facilement au stade vélodrome pour le match de rugby et en effet c’était parfait. A cette occasion l’établissement a quadruplé ses prix et nous avons réglé la nuit 309€ auquel s’ajoute la taxe de séjour et les petits dej. Le service rendu n’est bien évidemment pas à la hauteur du prix demandé tant dans la décoration que l’équipement. Il y a une très mauvaise odeur à l’accueil, la salle de bain est vétuste ( plusieurs traces de moisissures et salissures , serviettes de bains grisâtres et rêches….)

Bei diesem Aufenthalt stimmte einfach alles. Das B&B ist ein modernes Mittelklasse-Hotel mit neu renoviertem Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind normal gross und mit allem Notwendigen versehen, sowie auch mit Kaffe und Tee.
Die Lage ist genial. Ein paar Schritte und schon hat man die Metro, den Bus oder das Tram, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Auch ist man von der gesamten Stadt in kurzer Zeit wieder zurück im Hotel.
Auch beim Frühstück fehlte es mir an nichts.
Zu bemerken ist auch die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals.
Auch nach intensivem Nachdenken fällt mir kein negativer Punkt ein.

The booked room was not cleaned, the access card didn't work, water in the shower didn't drain out properly.

The guy tried to charge me one more time. He said there is a problem with payment and I should pay again. After I said than I will write to the booking he said he will try to fix it, then he said that it’s solved. The room was not clean. There was bad smell in hotel, also in room.

location was excellent, very close to a metro and bus stops. My room was nice and spacious

Staff is very attentive and nice, and honestly the price is fair for what you get. It was a clean hotel, with all the basics and not much extra, but we didn't mind, as we only stayed there for sleep.
It's quite noisy, you hear a lot of what's happening on the streets as well as around you (upstairs, downstairs, in the hallway), but most buildings in Marseille are built like this, not much to do about it. Luckily we were used to city noises, but if you're very sensitive to things like this, be mindful.

amazing location - near to a metro station
not clean at all… every day when we came back to the hotel, thinking the dust would have been cleaned up… we were so wrong.
they just clean up the bathroom and empty the trash bin & leave it like that. removing the dust is super important for some guests.. as some can have uncomfortable sleep or allergies.
