Great place, this is the second time we stayed there. Very good communication with the owner. Very nice restaurant downstairs. Every Wednedsday and Saturday Greek music :)

Lovely clean room in an excellent location. Easy walking distance to everything in gorgeous bay - lots of tavernas and supermarkets right there. Comfy beds and effective air con, it wasn't exactly luxurious but it was really excellent value for money. Also super friendly - thank you Delphi!!

Exactly what I wanted - I requested a room with a balcony over looking the village main street. So I could people watch with a glass of vino when getting ready for the evening. This is exactly what I got. Basic clean room, with comfy bed, lovely towels, air con, and fridge for water and wine. Great.
There is also a lift if you don't feel like walking up the steps.

Perfect location in Agios Gordios, and the property is clean and comfortable. We stayed three nights, and found it to suit us perfectly. Close to the beach, restaurants and bars. We also went to the restaurant on a Saturday night and enjoyed fantastic music, dancing and food. The owner is really helpful, and also let us have a late checkout… good vibes

Nice hotel, very nice owner, excellent breakfast, available lift for the upper floors, 1 minute to the beach.
Parking may be a problem, but I was lucky to find a parking spot.

The location and elevator were the only things good about this place.
The rooms are outdated, overpriced, and consistently smell like sewage. Very disappointing with my stay, would not recommend.

- We had a nice room with a balcony and the view on the hills and the sea. The balcony was located on the other side of the street, which was a plus as it was more quiet
- The owner was very helpful and available all the time. He helped arranging the taxi to pick us up from the airport
- Wifi and air-conditioning were working very well
- Cleaning was done every other day
- Information on the hotel page that says "continental breakfast is included in the price" is a little misleading as it does not apply to all bookings
- location on the map on booking page is not very precise. It is not 50m from the beach, but rather 200m. It is not a big issue of course, but could be corrected

Nice owner. Upgraded our room to a bigger one because we traveled with our baby.
Easy access with a stroller because they have an elevator.

Close to the beach (however most of the accomodations are close as the village is very small). We enjoyed balcony.
Extremely loud at night as located right at the main street (we had a street-oriented windows). It was very hard to fall asleep. Uncomfortable and small bed.
Very poor cheap breakfast, we only had it three times. Thats not a breakfast you would imagine to eat in Greece.
Last three days no cleaning service. The room was smaller than it looked at the pictures.

- At first we got a room (No3) where was very bad smell in all room from bathroom sewage system. After 1 day we ask for change - and we got new room (No2) where was no smell.
