Awsome location, clean and newbuild area, close to the river and the city center.

Good hotel, nice and quite localisation, plenty of restaurants and small shops nearby

If you go for a breakfast quite late in the morning then it might happen that there's not much left to choose to eat.

lolapalooza/breakfast/ the female staff members were very kind and went above and beyond to help me.

the outside lift did not not work and I was carrying 3 luggage (one of the them 26 kilos).

the lift didn’t work and we were not informed the entrance looks like a fire escape door and there is no signage the staff weren’t particularly helpful didn’t offer maps or anything there was nothing in the room such as a kettle the room was small for the price we had to wait for entry to the hotel after 12 because it was locked and it took some time

We stayed here while we were attending Roland Garros event. Lovely staff, clean, rich breakfast and great location. Lots of restaurants near by, a small mall.

At the time of our stay the lift was broken. Was hard to see where the entrance was.

The hotel is located in Suresnes which is a beautiful neighborhood at the outskirts of Paris centre. It's 4 tram stops from La Defense. The tram stop is 7 minutes walking distance. We really liked the neighbourhood. The room is small and cozy. The staff was really helpful and polite.

FYI you cannot book a triple room for 2 adults and 2 children. We just visited for 1 night and we thought it would be OK. But there's a strict policy they do not have family rooms, so a family of four need to book 2 double rooms.
