The bed were comfy, the staff were very friendly. The position of the hotel was good near to bars where you could get delicacies food. It wasn't far from the old part of town. Breakfast was very nice.

No parking available. Breakfast could be better When opening the window very greasy smell coming from next door business.

Nice big bed in my double room and my room was a decent size. My parents had a twin room which was 2 single beds pushed together and no room to separate them) and their room was a bit small. They may as well have booked a double and had more room.

Bathroom was small and needed some repairs (mouldy sealant). Shower had a large step up to get in/out it which was tricky when wet. Decor was very tired and old fashioned, room was a bit dark and dingy. Felt like it needed a refresh. My bed felt like it was sloping to the side (maybe the floor?) so felt like I was going to roll out of it!

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Rooms small but adequate. Bed was very comfy. Breakfast was good. Hotel was close to the centre and some nice bars.

We were in rooms 226 and 228. The aircon didn't work and the rooms were very hot, so we had to keep the windows open. There appears to be a large fan in the alley below the rooms and also a nightclub nearby which meant there was a lot of noise from people coming and going. Would suggest avoiding these rooms if you need a quiet room. Only stayed for 2 nights and would have asked to change if there for a longer stay.

Extremely clean, with the room being left in a pefect state every day and not a speck of anything anywhere. There was a great view from our room on the third floor. The hotel was in a perfect location, nearly equally distant from anywhere you might go in the city, making it very easy to get go anywhere to eat or drink, to get to the airport or to get a train. Staff were very helpful, helping out with anything we needed, offering their help and always greeting us with a smile.
