All of personals were so kind and it was a quiet place.

One of the elevators was out of service and whenever we were going down or up,it was very crowded!

Sofa bed had whole under the bed.

The room had air conditioning which was great because we had one extremely hot day while in Paris. The wifi worked well.

We had to get new keycards to our rooms every single day of our stay: a total nuisance when you get back from a day out and just want to crash for a bit.

Room was pretty small and the sofa cum bed was not comfortable (it had a broken wooden ribs) But manageable for a short stay!!!

As a family of 5 having to book separate rooms is expensive and although they were on the same floor they were not next to each other. Having interconnecting rooms would have been preferable.

the location was good with restaurants nearby had a variety of halal food within walking distance and next door too!

The price was good and the location is excellent.

Friendlier staff would have been nice. Making you actually feel welcome.... When we arrived (late in the evening) it seemed as if we had already checked in (the man of the staff told us) and then it was confusing. Talking among each other in French and eventually we got a room. This was a rather poor customer experience and interaction. The bathroom was in poor state (stains on the walls). A bucket with cleaning fluid had been left in the bathroom. Even after cleaning the next day it had not been taken away.... The mattresses of beds were rather comfortable but the beds themselves look rather cheap. A hotel where you sleep only and don't really want to spend more time than needed in the room nor in the lobby area.

I liked the fact it was on top of the metro - 5m to the metro entry. It was close to the Porte de Pantin metro station, which has a nice park, and other shops. It had a decent size room, with comfy beds. Nearby you can get some food options at a decent price.

I wouldn't say I liked that the room was oriented to a factory, or that the noise was continuous overnight. Also, the breakfast was kind of boring, without any new updates in all the days we stayed there, and also it didn't include any vegetables. The room although it was spacious, has outdated furniture and is yelling for a quick renovation (dirty walls, dirty air vent). Regarding the parking, you can get parking nearby for 8EUR/day, but that one will work only with coins, as it will not accept any cards or paper money. If you're in a rush please get 5 min advance as even if the property has 2 elevators you will be lucky to find at least one working, or getting there in time. I would say it is a bit overpriced for what you will get back.

Clean, near the metro station

On their description it says there is a car park nearby, that's why we booked this Hotel actually. But the nearby carpark is not in use and the receptionist doesn't even know about it. It's Underground with no lights at all which means complete darkness with some homeless people sleeping in it. We came with kids, who would leave a car in a complete darkness and get out of the car with kids, very dodgy. Definitely not Ibis standard. The car park should not be mentioned in the description, I would have not booked otherwise. To find a space on the street is near to impossible

Friendly staff in the reception. And nice to play "babyfoot" in the lobby. It was very handy to have the hotel right next to the metro.

the door did not shut properly and two days when we returned to the room, was our door left open by the cleaning lady. Also the floor ind the cafeteria and tables and chairs were very sticky and not clean.

The hotel met our expectations.

We had A Nice stay , very good bed! Good comfort in the room . Nice breakfast. A Good location , quiet environment close to the metro.

the only thing that met our expectations was the location of the metro station

1. the rooms of the photos had nothing to do with the rooms actually provided. furthermore we were forced to pay in advance when checking in for all 5 nights 2. not clean and smelling bad 3. no towels for all - had to ask every night for towels or leave notes at the cleaning lady 4. poor breakfast. rude personnel at breakfast…. anxious to see us leave quickly and very rude when speaking in English and not in French 5. on Monday 17/04 late at night between 1.00 and 2.00 we were locked outside the hotel. no one answered the night bell and we had to wait for half an hour with the kids on the street. when finally someone appeared and opened the door and we protested he was unacceptably rude and angry.

However the location is excellent, very close to the Metro and nice restaurants near the hotel.

The room itself was clean, but the bathroom outdated and stained. There were no coffee/tea facilities in the room, and no minibar.

This hotel is located too far from all tourist areas and takes around 30-40 minutes to get to all tourists areas. The rooms need to be remodeled, visible holes next to bathtub and holes on drapes. The night receptionist was not able to help after I requested to only stay one night, she informed that I was not able to cancel my reservation. Following day I was able to find another hotel but I was charged for two (2) nights even though I only used the room for one night. The day receptionist did not speak English or Spanish only French making difficult to clearly communicate.
