Good spa. Very good housekeeping. Friendly staff. Reception team was ready to help absolutely with everything.

Entrance to the hotel a bit unusual. Not easy to define it is an entrance. It make also unloading of the luggage difficult. You have to take 2 lifts. Help with luggage was not offers by hotel. Breakfast is special. There are no vegetables. Coffee machine with cappuccino was out of order. One day service was good. Next day you have to push staff to provide plates, some finished products etc.

No Air Conditioning (we had the issue that in the apartments across there was a party with loud music and we would have like an comfortable temperature while keeping the window closed).

Good place, good breakfast, good view

Room size was very good and there was a large balcony. The bed was a good size and comfortable.

The balcony was enclosed with a high solid wall as we were on the 2nd floor. Higher floors had better views and balconies you could see the view from. It looked as though there had been air conditioning in the room previously but now it was taken out. The room was very hot at night. The bathroom only has a stud partition wall with a sliding door. Bizarrely, the sliding door was partially clear glass and so depending on how you feel about privacy while you’re in the bathroom, this might not be for you. The breakfast was ok but could have been better.

Really comfortable, spacious and modern rooms. Spa was delightful - especially the outdoor pool, which catches that end of day sun perfectly.

The route to apartment was not quick or easy, key cards sometimes didn't work then a long way back to reception, too many locks and lifts to get to apartment

Everyone in the reception was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was quite clean. The spa has a lovely design. The outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi are very nice.

As we booked at the last minute, we paid quite a high price to stay in this hotel. However unfortunately the hotel did not really meet our expectations. First of all two out of four saunas were not working. Overall, there is an isolation problem in the spa as the temperature of the saunas and hammam was dropping very quickly as soon as someone opens the door and as there are too many people, this happens very often. The towels can be taken only at the entrance and they as relatively small, there is no warm drink available in the spa, only cold water. It is not possible to float in the flotation basin as it is not salty enough. We were told the breakfast end at 11h00 on Sundays, but at 10h45 there were no more pancakes, we asked to have some. However, we got a negative reply from the kitchen, afterward, the waiter was kind enough to fight for us to get some pancakes but apparently, it was not super easy. The breakfast content was very poor for a 4-star hotel.

- Kids allowed at the SPA, so not really relaxing. Breakfast average (received soy milk that was not good anymore). Room too expensive to have a view on a stone wall.

The Spa was great as well as the entrance area.

the beds were very uncomfortable and the view was hilarious. we had a view onto a wall directly in front of the balcony. although the hotel wasn’t fully booked we got the worst room ever for more than 300 a night.
