Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean. Comfortable bed.
To use the sauna and jacuzzi was additional 100 euros. It didn’t mention in the Ad.

The bed was comfortable.
The hotel was adverted as having small spa with sauna and jacuzzi. This is just for the "4 stars" since you have to pay an extra 100eur for only 3hours usage. Very disappointing, since this was my main criteria to choose Madison. Moreover the advert said that they would provide connection with the airport. Once again, nothing could be more untrue, they refused to offer that service after the reservation was done. Moreover they make reservation cancellation impossible. Plus the room was dirty and damaged (walls and sofa). Very small room. The hotel is not well located.

It was ok, all the employees are very nice, Dea stayed in my memory. You pay extra for the spa, this is the first time I've heard that and it's not right. The rest
Ok. Small hotel., yes again for the first time. maybe because
4*, you have to carry the suitcases yourself up the narrow stairs, the elevator is only after another one. You don't have the possibility to drag the suitcases.

Breakfast was awesome, great staff and rooms.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They let me checkin early which I was very appreciative of after a long haul flight from Sydney. When they saw I had tea with breakfast they asked if I wanted a kettle for my room which was lovely.

Very clean, very quite spacious room, quite near to the city Centre , good breakfast , plenty of shops around , the staff were amazing, very helpful and amazing reception staff
No coffee and tea facility in the room , though they provided it to us immediately when we asked for

Breakfast was wonderful. Staff were both friendly and professional. Location was close to public transportation. The beds are perfect. Great value for the cost.

Booked the place specially for spa.
But.... they don't have a spa! They have a ROOM with jacuzzi and tiny sauna that you can use for paid 3 hours if no one use the room at the moment 🤣 Seriously?
There is nowhere to park your car. Sorry, they have 2 parking spots for extra €20 but those ware also taken.
The chipnes of the hotel is bearly at 2 star rating. Crap furniture and fittings. Things are dirty, mouldy and rusty.
It's all ok if they would charge 60% of what they do and have honest 2 stars. Than it's perfect!

Martina and Dea are the best part of this property. They could make any property a great experience. The rooms are clean, and it’s a good location
The setup of the hotel doesn’t make sense. The wellness room concept, and the useless gym on the top floor that’s basically connected with another room. the gym should be bottom floor with the wellness, for an added fee and open to all guests till a certain hour. the hot tub didnt heat up till midnight, so I basically had no use of it. very, very expensive, for what it is. the staff is 10/10.
